One thing I've found interesting watching these videos are that the women are all speaking in the same very low delicate voices, no matter if they are calling people to give them up or are already out

Moa Rosenquist I noticed that too and tbh it kinda freaks me out because my grandmother who disowned my family for not being Mormon talks like this. She was a very odd women living in the country side, I always noticed her beliefs were different from the other Mormon communities, I now wonder what her roots are.. even the Mormon kids who went to my school said she was odd.

I think that is the biggest problem with these cults. They total distort peoples views of religion and Christ. Causing those who end up leaving the religion/cult to turn away from EVERY aspect of Christ. All we can do is pray He reveals Himself to those who need His love.

The main people in this show (the 3 sisters who help people leave), there was an episode where their brother also left and he ended up going to university, getting a girlfriend and joining the Mormon church and he was very happy :)

I wasn't FLDS, but was raised LDS and I knew it wasn't true at age 13. I couldn't leave until I was out of my parents home at 18. Then I became Atheist for about 15 years. My thinking was, if that was God/Christ I wanted NOTHING to do with Him.

From what I know of jw you can leave if you want. You're shunned and no one will talk to you, but nothing stops you from leaving. From what I've seen of the flds, you cant even leave.

Lds church believes in free agency. We make our own choices. We are recommended not to do things that are bad for us. But at the end of the day it’s our choice. Also lds church does not practice polygamy.
