I was wondering how he was going to stretch such a base concept to 15 minutes, but holy shit I'm surprised every time by how much quality content he fits into it all. No filler, no bullshit, straight to the point and approaches just short of every angle of the situtation.

Crazy how I had never heard of this man or his videos. Production quality is insane, dude.

Never heary of Captain Disillusion before, but how good is he!

Everyone's appeeciating how he paints the top of his head peach, but in reality it's just an illusion through the contrast between the top of his head and the rest of his body, seperated by the actually painted black line between the two "different" colors.

When you find that stairwell, make sure to set up the perpetual motion machine for unlimited free energy

lol I went to RIT, & the staircase is in an art/film building. I used to climb those stairs allll the time for different classes, as I was a graphic design major there. Never knew they were internet-famous stairs or else I wouldve appreciated them more xD

I just randomly clicked on this video and it was one of the best things I have ever seen; funny, well written, well edited and all with a clear purpose so very different from that portrayed by the character. I was truly amazed by your ability to juxtapose comedy and genuine criticism while remaining true to an overarching story and character. In addition, you strayed from the common youtube theme of criticism with a lack of constructiveness or advice and allowed me to learn from someone's mistakes while also being sympathetic, and more importantly empathetic to there goals. I used to live in Rochester. Visited RIT campus with my friend who was studying there. The bizarre thing was, every student I talked to actually believed the stairs were real

I never saw that video before today. My immediate thought was “how did he do that? It really looks like that is a looping staircase. I gotta see how he did that” I wasn’t sure if it was a camera trick or a forced perspective stairway. It is very well done.
