Woodenpallets are finnish pun. They are called europallets and in finnish pallet means "lava" which also means stage. So he is basically performing at the eurostage. They will propably change that because it's joke that international people wouldn't understand

The dance equivalent of karaoke. The dancers are the real thing he sees himself becoming. But after Pina Coladas and the loss of his inhibitions he hits the dance floor. Well his dancing is completely goofy! Just like most people's karaoke is goofy. But who cares! It's Eurovision! His creation will become the new dance of 2003 with this song. Elbow swinging, sideways crab stepping, shoulder hold line dancing, with smiling faces chanting cha cha cha cha cha!

In English he sings about getting what we would call "Dutch courage" from drinking I believe the origin of the term in English to have alcohol before fighting stems from the Anglo-Dutch Wars in the 17th century. Ultimately when the Stadtholder William of Orange became king of England he brought jenever flavoured alccohol and that became gin.

Oh. Commented your previous video on Käärijä and how to spell the name. Käärijä means "wrapper" or a "roller". Perhaps the first as he is a rapper, so wrapper wrapping, something.

Yes thats what the name literally means, but Käärijäs name comes from a joke about "Kääriä rahaa" (coin money(?)) and its tied to how he makes a lot of songs about gambling.

he isn't a gay so he can't dance...and he is finnish. That pretty much rules out of good dancing like 98%. Next i really don't like whole eurovidion bc it's for certain type of ppl who likes shit songs or at least generic songs and glitter. Whole event is for me like gluttony of unnecessary spend of money...you can't even imagine how many times i facepalm eurovision but weird think...i kinda do. Probably just to be disappointed of everything. Makes sense...yep 😆
