ESEE knives: options for handle scales and sheaths

I like those izula g10 scales that extend the handle, great idea 💡, I had the same idea but never acted upon it .

Great video thanks. Like your modifications. I ordered the Izula II with molded sheath and belt clip plate. Want to piggy back the molded Izula sheath on to my bigger 6.5 Field Buddy leather knife sheath with a Paracord rap. But wanted also to buy a small leather dangler sheath for when I want to just have the Izula on its own. But your idea of the leather extension so it carries lower is a great inexpensive alternative I my try. In the future I will get the Esee 3 and have that piggy back when out in the bush as it is more capable and I like having the thinner blade matched with the 3/16 thick 6.5 Field Buddy made by Tops knives with the Esee G10 contoured handle scale. Like the G 10 as I did not have any before and they are great.

I'm fine with the izula 1 since my fingers are longer on less broad hands.

Not a fan of the HM models but it’s not for everyone and you either like it or you don’t, I mean no offense I just prefer the regular scales.

Did you buy it from a reputable dealer or off the internet where fakes are common?

I thought they were 1095 steel
