Esham, closed casket is a solid album from beginning to end man. 24/7 is a banger. Esham is way under rated. I believe most underrated rapper in the game. Maybe bias cause where im from. He has some out there stuff but he has classics also

5mins into the interview & I like how they shared their Esham introduction story. Mines is: I was living off gratiot & my homie & I used to trade rap tapes. One day he said “my cousin a rapper”…I was only 9-10yrs old. We rode our bikes to Esham mother’s house (which was only a few block down) but I didn’t hear about Esham (his music) until KKKillthefetus album. The older homies went to Osborn w/ him & always played his shit. A year later, one of my homies was working at Eshams brother (Jay) house & Esham pulled up, got some trees & dipped. That was in 96. My homie got killed at that same house, he was 16.

East Side Hoes And Money ESHAM is Dope Hoe. KkKill The Fetus and Closed Casket still goes hard 30 years later every song on his albums in the 90s he killed it. At first there was only a few songs I liked on Mail Dominance years later the album grew on me more. E definitely had different styles 💯

Interesting fact On the first verse of the song "Torture," off the Natas Do You Believe in God album, Esham dissed Tupac by saying, "I walk barefoot on a butcher knife and fuck Tupac if he ain't representing thug life." Esham opted to remove Tupac's name from the song for an unknown reason.
