Ibrahim hussain normal vision is labeled as 20/20 vision but someone with stargardts disease is labeled as having 20/200 vision, or legal blindness, much like this man and very likely this woman's daughter. He hasn't completely lost all of his sight but can only see little fragments of image that is blown up by this machine.
