Thank you for the content! How can we achieve the same thing but with a layout for filling out and signing the document specifically on pages 2 and 5, where the content of the document will change as shown in the video?

Hi Deepak, Thanks for the video! May I check with you how to generate the document with signature field? Cause I followed your step but only get a form fill request not the sign request.

I have a PowerApp integrated with Power Automate for eSign using Adobe Acrobat eSign. Do you know what kind of license is needed for this? If I get one license for the developer to create the flow, will it be sufficient? but PowerApp will be used by 5-6 users.
