My document is very complex dynamic but power automate does a great job of generating the document. Many version of the document can be added to the share list. How do I ensure I send the correct document?

BUT WHen I am trying to interact with the copilot using a normal user (not admin), it is not working and giving me an error: "Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: AccessToBotDenied " Can you please help me in this?
Great video. Thanks. It seems like even if a flow is already turned on, using the management action to try turning it on again will not error anyway. So if you don't have too many flows and you know exactly which ones should be always on, you can just add actions to turn them on. Those that were off, will get turned on. Those that were on, remain on.

Thanks for the useful content. A direct connection to the planner can be provided from within the power apps. Can you do a content study by accessing live data only through power apps without using Power automate and SharePoint? I connected to the action plans of different teams for my own company and combined a collection. It works just fine. The reason why I want this content is that you can prepare more professional content to see our shortcomings and unfortunately there is no such content.

Great tutorial video, however the interface has been upgraded and changed significantly from your video. Do I now need to add the SharePoint site under the Knowledge tab? It doesnt seem to automatically populate the 'Data sources' under the Conversational boosting anymore

Very well explained. In case of exceptions, how do we find, which row failed out of total 1000 rows? does SharePoint provides the list of all failed rows?
RE: Checklist ID column - does that mean that we just assign the id to the checklist in ascending numerical order? The first time we see your checklist there is a repeat '2' in ID but the last time we see it, that checklist item is now '4'. So the first time the ids are '1,2,3,2' and the second time they are '1,2,3,4'. Thanks!
I have a PowerApp integrated with Power Automate for eSign using Adobe Acrobat eSign. Do you know what kind of license is needed for this? If I get one license for the developer to create the flow, will it be sufficient? but PowerApp will be used by 5-6 users.
Thanks for sharing! Were you able to use the customized PowerApps form to create a new document set directly? I always got an error when clicking on "Save" button. And Microsoft support engineer said PowerApps form can only be used for editing the metadata, not creating a new document set. If you can provide more information that will be very helpful! Thanks!
