I found an aetheric cipher while doing the zone quests in Auridon with a level 10 character. It came off a kill that was part of the quest line. I had no idea what it was and even google didn't tell me much. Thank goodness for knowledgeable guildies!! 😊

I found a poison skill thingy while farming worms at the necropolis in the Alikr Desert. According to my guildies it’s worth ~450,000 gold.

console sounds bad if there's bots. Never see any kind of botting on PC servers + it's worth way more, like 700k per dust.

I got an aetherial cypher in the last Zeal of Zenithar event. I had the other items to make the mythical aetherial ambrosia recipe so I did that and sold it in the guild trader. Won top seller for the month and the prize was a gold Halloween themed furnishing. With Halloween approaching I put the prize up for sale too.

I was moving over from Xbox to PC a couple years back, and was doing dolmen farming during the August dxp event. Third character in, I had an atheric cypher drop but had no idea what it was because back then there was almost no information on it. about 2 years later i come back, learn to price check items and sell it for 10m, right before the dxp event again. Most rememberable drop I've ever had.

I solo Skyreach Catacombs in Craglorn to level up tank toons fast since the massive mobs die when attacking my armor ((Leeching and Winter's) and food practice for chains, snares, and taunts. Same with soloing Hel Ra Citadel mobs, which takes a LONG time and can only die get and exit by walking off the cliff. Not sure about what drops there. Deshaan Forgotton Crypts have dropped 10 flame staffs of Mother's Sorrow. Good times!

Are there verifiable claims where people got aetheric ciphers from base dungeons? I always spam normal/vet base dungeons and have NEVER found one in 10 years. Tons of dust though. Also keep in mind base game dungeons now also drop unbound scripts and luminous ink making it super profitable to spam and full clear normals. (those scripts go for 2-3mil each! more than ciphers even right now.)

I like to farm in Bal Foyen the Runestones for Kuta, Mundane Runes and Atherial Dust i do it every Week 2 H and get a good amount of Gold with it

I really love Craglorn. I love hitting that when we have the Explorer events which give double drops on the resource nodes. Nirncrux is still my go to resource. I also think Craglorn has a buff when it comes to chest spawns, every nook and cranny has one it seems. They have some decent sets or have had in the pre-Antiquity's days. I think Fungal Grotto with only your companion out (solo + 1) is/was a great way to farm Companion gear.

If you encounter a farm bot just give them a speed boost. It throws off their farm pathing and makes them useless lmao

I've played on PC EU since launch. Back maybe 4-5 years ago I decided to start a character on PC NA. Within about an hour of play on the NA server I found an Aetheric Cypher in my inventory. It's still there on my cp240 toon, because I can't use it and I cba to sell it. Wish I had found it on my EU account, I ended up buying it there.

I tend to go to Bleakrock Isle for all my mat farming needs. There's also the Skyshard area in Ondil in Auridon for Rubedo Hide Scraps.

I think that forming a guild led by you where we can have regular dungeon runs and maybe trials if people want but mainly dungeon runs. I personally have done very little with trials but a lot with dungeons, especially this year. Still great videos! Maybe even stream the dungeon runs with just you talking maybe?

Love to see dungeons ranked by solo difficulty. Perhaps 2, one regular dungeons and another for running group dungeons. Heck, that could even work as a streaming series: fastest solo with skips, fastest completionist, running GD solo starting with the easiest and moving to hardest.

For the stream you should do something that involves the comunity, maybe some pvp event across all platforms at the same time or something more casual like world boss killing zergs

Played for a year and only picked up 2 Aetherial Dust - one in Cyrodiil and one in Alik'r. I wasn't farming - just picking things as I went. I've NEVER seen a Cipher.

I just sold 1 aetherial dust for 875k on pc but is it really worth it? I mean I was super lucky finding it but farming for days to get another one seems too much.
