I mean, that's the very heart and nature of boycotts such as the bus boycotts in the '60's. Obviously, this is not nearly as important, to say the least haha. But, I'm merely saying that this is very different than trying to have someone's life ruined, like "cancelling" does. So, totally agreed.

Not a very precise measurement they are on cable. Where I watch them and ESPN+ which has more downloads in the past year than Netflix. Also dc and Helwani had 50k after an hour idk 30 mins but basically it’s not a precise measurement based solely off RU-vid views.

Yeah, but to be fair to ESPN, things need to evolve. That format wouldn't still work in today's world. Back then, the only way to see so many highlights on a national level was on ESPN. Now you can find highlights of any game on several different platforms. If someone already saw the highlights on youtube why would they need to watch ESPN if they still had that same format?

That’s actually a fair counter argument never really thought of it that way. With hockey back in the fold I think they can show more highlights.

I would say its more just how genuine he is because Pat has brought up social issues before but he doesn't speak about them at length, and he's said before it's because he doesn't like to speak on things at length that he knows nothing about and he's always been genuine about that as well as his sports related knowledge.
