I advice you bro to keep the water tank always filled so that the boilers won’t get low on water that eventually will defect the heating element in both boilers and keep doing what you doing you have a very good presentation and inspiring soul may allah bless you 🙏🏽
Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. Since I’m not using the machine more than once to twice a day going through the water tank will take some time and so I keep it half full whilst the machine doesn’t stay on for too long. Valuable tip though - stay tuned! ✊

8:15 Shower Screen is where the water comes out from, and channeling is what happens when the water goes down a specific / easy path. Channeling means you may over extract one part of the coffee, but under extract the rest so you could get a combination of sour or bitter coffee, usually it's not so bad channeling that it turns out really bad but slight channeling will prevent you from reaching that coffees maximum potential that you could have got if everything went perfectly.
Hi I got a synchronika and a titan 64 You should plum your in like doing long pre infusions, it makes it better in my opion Get a 3 hole steam tip it make so much power But its a really good machine i love mine Have fun

Thanks for your comments and kind words! Realistically takes between 15 to 20 minutes to warm it up and up to 3 rounds of espresso shots to get the best syrupy espresso coming out of it. From my experience I can say that the ECM is far more superior to the rocket 🚀 based on engineering and size. I’d much rather trust the Germans than the Italians when it comes to maintaining the machine and relying on it day in day out. That’s just my subjective opinion
I bought it from Dopoio Cafe in London. So I had the chance in actually comparing the sizes as well. Funny enough the other models are so small it feels like a toy. This one has a real presence
