I started home roasting with Sweet Maria's one when I was in USA. I am so glad that you have youtube channel. And hell yeah I enjoyed the Monkey blend when I was there. It was like 10 years ago!! Thanks Sweet Maria for introducing home roasting to me. It's been already 15 years or so....

Hopefully you guys continue to post links to the Aillio profiles you roast and notes relating to those roasts. It helps.. because I was consistently Not getting the same tasting notes you listed on your coffees, & made me wonder what I was doing wrong. So direct graphed feedback is nice to see and hear. Thanks

the whole blend is roasted ...very unusual especially with Ethiopian natural on board, i prepared a good bled with central AM + ethiopia but had distinct roast profiles to preserves fruits notes of Ethiopian and had the blend done post roast

I have a quick quetion - at 5:20 mark you all mention that "given that it is so fresh, and especially it being so fresh from the bullet which I think has more gas still in the coffee meaning it needs more rest" why do you coffee roasted on Aillio has more gas and hence needs a longer rest?

Different roasters cause coffee to degas differently. Air roasted coffee tends to degas during roasting, and after more so than drum roasters. When comparing coffee roasted with the Bullet to coffee from other drum roasters, Tom noticed a larger foamy head when pulling espresso shots time and time again. This could be a result of the conduction heating that the Bullet uses.

Hello, can you tell me what will be happend when cooling roasted beans with fan (blow) or vacum it, what the difference ?

Both deliver good results. The main goal is to get ambient air to flow through the beans to remove enough heat so they don't continue to roast themselves after leaving the roaster.
