The new version of ESPRIT features robust 5-axis Additive DED capabilities which have been tested and validated on a HAAS UMC 1000 in Caudete (Albacete), Spain.
This cycle is perfectly suited for Aerospace companies to be able to mount thin walls for Nozzle applications. The toolpath is created with a single spiralized perimeter with a thickness of 2 mm for a total printing time of 5 hours, 40 minutes.
