My boyfriend can lift his big toe independently from his other toes and he has NEVER trained foot mobility and he always wears improper shaped shoes. He now uses it to flex on me when he is barefoot at home now, because I am training my foot mobility & transitioned to barefoot shoes daily 6 months ago and I still can’t lift my big toe independently without assistance lol. I’ll get there eventually!

This can be done every day or every other day, depending on your training loads and current capacity in feet/ankles!
