Unfortunately yes. Anything GMC or Chevy 2019 and up are the same.

I mean no disrespect in any way shape or form when I answer this. I'm not a big fan of the factory "Kicker upgrade" To get more sub output, you really need a lot more than 200 watts. It sounds good on paper. But, in real life, it just doesn't cut it for me. There are many companies that make vehicle specific boxes for that truck. I, personally, wouldn't put less than 600 watts of real power on any sub you put in that truck. Any thing less that that would just struggle to keep up with what you already have. The whole point in putting in aftermarket subs in there is to get a lot more output.

Unfortunately it DOES apply to the 21 Silverado!

Third, all-pass filters can help in many different ways. In the case of GMC they use all-pass to give an impression (not true sense) of sound quality for both the driver and passenger. As we know factory systems are OK but for enthusiasts we want much more! To overcome this, we need a few things: a DSP that can manipulate input eq ontop of normal output eq (helix & arc audio are a few we know that can do this), load resistors, amplifier(s), most importantly someone who understands how all this needs to be installed. When this vehicle comes back for the installation, we will be covering all that we can to provide as much insight on this process as possible.

2024 same thing factory sucks looking to swap it all out. Hell I like these videos so much thinking about taking a rode trip to have these guys do it. They know what they are doing

Same with my 2023 high country with Bose. They should honestly give us money off for the audio system not charge a premium.

I just had all Mine replaced. Still sucks. I’m sure the guy that did the install didn’t do anything like the guy in this video

If the vehicle does not have Bose then the install would be a normal install other than we can't replace the factory radio due to the lack of replacement parts for such a new vehicle. We do recommend a DSP along with the 4 channel because we can't replace the factory radio. And the DSP allows us a 32 band EQ for each individual speaker.

actually what hes showing at about 7 min, is the output of a single driver mid. in the RTA an all pass filter will show as a DIP in the response curve, when read from the signal. once you sum left and right the output will read normally. trust me when i say Joe has been trained extensively, and knows exactly what hes talking about.

I've not had the greatest of luck with that product yet. At least not for this application. The firmware is just not stable enough.
