Excellent video---Thank you! A few quick questions---I am an older player---40--and I play 5/6 days a week, 2 hrs a day. I train during the week and try to do tournaments on the weekends. great video, good explanations. So its a lot of strength training, but what about other stuff like footwork and speed exercises? Or core too? How do you incorporate that
