You are 100% correct! I completely fucked up on that section, and meant to say that you have a ten second window to START the res on someone, but if you have killed TWO people, you have to get to the first body within 3 seconds to have enough time left to res the second guy: that classic double-res clutch. Somehow I wrote, recorded, filmed, edited, re-wrote, re-recorded, and re-shot that segment and STILL managed to fuck up the edit on that part lul
