Sir, please make a comment on ‘buying flat in a high-rise building.’ In Hyderabad, my friends and relatives are mad after buying flats in 35th floor and 46th floor like that and they say it as they own the entire building and / or living in clouds which somehow I don’t buy. Because, after paying nearly ₹ 2.00 cr I will not be in a position to say ‘ha, this is mine.’ Living in 35th floor is nothing but travelling a 50 km if we are to go for a cup of tea in a nearby vendor, right? 🌿

Correct. Not only time wasting but energy inefficient, sun will heat high floors so much you won't survive without AC. The ground position, view a lot of feel good factor nothing practical.

Sir i have seen siddha flat twice but rejected the flat at last because the junior sales person was quoting different price and his senior was quoting different price.Now siddha is mailing me quite often that they will make good arrangements regarding the flat.

You have to learn to be skeptical, and take nothing on faith. Be aware of the tricks they play, and don't believe anything that they say. Be conscious that every word they speak is motivated by a desire to earn a commission by manipulating your mind.

True. Don't ever trust sales people. No matter how sweet and caring they speak. Especially in Bangalore, Hyderabad. They are just sitting there to grab some portion of your payments as comission and vanish. Later if you ask builder that sales people promised this that then builder says no it's not possible. They will rip you with extra charges even after collecting crores from you. B very very careful with real estate vultures.
