Is spicatto on eine kleine nachtmusik

This entire video is actually been about sautillé, not spiccato. Your hair is hovering above the string and not leaving it, like in spiccato.

this doesn’t make sense (my violin teacher and my mum says that I have to bounce of the string and move my wrist, not my arm, but I don’t get it cause when I move my hand, my teacher says I have to move my fingers and wrist during spiccato :(
