Good job! Just a little correction, no need to add oil in the meat filling, and also if you would like to make the cooking process easier, you can purchase already prepared pastry at Indian store in the frozen section. Tastes the same way.
Hi, how do you make doro wot seasoning??? Someone brought some and shared with me at work some time ago and I have been wanting to try to cook it but can't find the seasoning over here... Could you break it down so I can make it myself??? Been waiting years!!! ☺️
I tried highland Sambuusa before it tasted different from the More popular Somali and Harari ones but I think is because Highlanders don’t use Xawash and other lowland Indian influenced spices!
