So happy to hear runners like Tadese's level in real time without hearing music cover up the sounds of feet hitting the ground and the breaths. Absolutely wonderful.

I love seeing these videos. The Ethiopians seem to have a very similar stride. They look like gazelles when they run because they have long limbs. I've also noticed that they are all toe strikers which encourages me to change how I've been running.

Hello everyone I need short advice I don't have opportunity now have coach and I never had coach before... my question my age is 27 my best 5k time is 17:40 and my best 50k time is 3 hours and 47 min I would like to improve my 5 km and also the following results what should i do to concentrate fully on 1km to get my base speed up first or run mileage slowly and connect a little bit fast segments!!!
@ehillis7646
@ehillis7646 2 года назад
Normally people build up in mileage first then work on speed afterwards

5:06/mile is an easy pace for 5k?? HAHAH that's crazy
@LuisFernando-yd3mx
@LuisFernando-yd3mx 2 года назад
It makes me laugh when he asks the coach the interval times. Every time he says is too slow compared to what they are really doing. For example: He's like ah so 5x200s, will they be going 26s? Coach is like no 23s.
