I'm watching this as well... liked and subbed, BTW. I made it through to the "shop is open" section..prior to contacting you, because I didn't feel I had done everything correctly, (I put United States of America, as directed- not San Fran) and was feeling uneasy about my setup. Ugh.

Awesome video! Thank you so much for the detailed information. I tried watching numerous other Etsy Tutorials over the past month but either the audio/visual annoyed me or they rushed through everything, bouncing on and off different topics, making it impossible to focus and actually sit through an entire video. usps has the holiday guideline posted on their website. You can create a png or just screenshot the posting and upload it to your shop or to the side where the policy’s are. (Haven’t created a shop yet so idk what the sections are called yet) but just place it wherever the customer can see.

I have learnt so much from your videos. I am however stuck with completing my Etsy store setup because at the end where we are required to set a 2-factor authentication, my country is not listed, would you be kind enough to advise me on how to go about this, please? I have tried the Google Authenticator but still not much help. Kindly advice. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for this video, very helpful. I was rolling along with you. But for some reason my shop manager doesn't have that column on the left with all of those settings. Also I wasn't able to click on the Policies section or add my picture to the Member section. Have you ever run into these issues before? I also couldn't find a live person with Etsy to direct my questions to.

How does the withdrawals work with EU buyers? Your idea in 11:25 would seem to go against EU law. Are you certain they go under the custom products concept?

Setting up a shop in Feb-2023 and am finding that a 14-day (minimum) return policy is REQUIRED to any seller who wants to trade in the E.U. Have you encountered this, or do you have a strategy to sell in E.U. and not offer returns?

Hii sir, I'm facing problems in making a etsy shop. While adding a billing method I tried to connect my paypal to it. But it shows that your data is wrong even though it's correct. I changed my password and it still shows incorrect . What do i do ? I don't have credit or debit card

Question...if you live in Europe but primarily ship to the U.S, how do you show your shop POD setiing location so customers wont be confused as to where their items is coming from.

Hi! If you're using print providers that are located in the US, then in your shipping profiles you just want to make sure the country of origin shows as the US (it should if you are using shipping profiles created by your print on demand platform). If the country of origin in the shipping profile is the US, then it will say the product is coming from the US in the listing on Etsy.

I do have a question about the privacy policy; Do I say that I am an individual or a business? I am only doing this myself, I know that sounds self explanatory but is this not also a business or would that be more LLC? Also: When making POD Tee's, I get a little confused on the Pricing, Shipping and handling, Free vs Charged shipping and how it all ties into the profit. Little new to this. Sorry and thanks!

Hi! For the privacy policy you would indicate that you are an individual. A business would be an LLC, Partnership, or Corporation. For some tips and explanation around pricing and shipping, I would recommend two of my videos: 1. I don’t mean to sound like a dummy, but how the heck do you get to the shop homepage to “edit”? I’m still on the page from the last video (part 1) thinking we would pick up from there. I’m doing this from an iPad by the way, Thanks. If anyone else knows that would be helpful also. I’m really confused about Etsy lol

Hi! To edit your shop homepage, on your shop dashboard menu (left side of the screen in your seller dashboard) in the bottom-left area you should see your shop name with a pencil symbol next to it. Click on the pencil and it will take you to the edit view of your shop homepage. I hope that helps!

@@anabellac9329 Are you using an app or the mobile browser on your iPad? If you're in the mobile browser, the view should be the same. If you are signed into your Etsy account in the browser, on the Etsy homepage in the top right corner you should see your profile icon. Right next to that is another icon that looks like a little house - the "shop manager" icon. Click on that and it will take you to the seller dashboard.
