idk you're right that hes combo food but he also has really good zoning which is bad news for olympia. you can see when bleb starts playing slow and zoning, olympia really doesnt have a lot of options. the problem is he spent the majority of the set in her face
Nahhh dawg Im sorry for necroposting a year old comment but the only zoning option Hodan has is spamming side b which now has increased ending lag and is punished easily by Olympias naturally fast paced combo game. Can literally just land aerially or avoid the sweat spirits with basically any stage with platforms at a different x axis (refer to 12:33) Olympia in neutral has a lot more stage control and for Hodan to be able to get that stage control he needs to set up his sweat spirits. Even his options with sweat spirits arent that good. U basically have down b (avoidable by any good players) 3 sweat spirit neutral b landing catch (Pretty much only good on landing catch or if you're playing bad players), spam more side bs, or up b. All of hodans zoning options with sweat spirits either suck or require an approach to be effective.

@@vecvecvec yeah yeah muh pronoun = respect etc etc It's attention seeking, and people with healthy families don't need their pronouns on screen for fighting game tournaments. Literally have never met any normal person that puts she/her or he/him in any bio, dating profile, or anything like that. It is only the mentally disturbed or woke companies that do that.
@@nobodynobodys3828 have you considered that it is useful for the commentators of the fighting game displayed here to know how to refer to the players? pronouns are a communication tool. they are literally just a part of speech most of the people i know online (especially those in positions of authority in online communities) have pronouns in their bios--because people cant see their face, so how else are you supposed to know? you (you, internet commenter Nobody Nobodys) are seeing peoples pronouns everywhere now because the more obvious it became that everyone uses the internet, not just men, the more useful it became to be clear about it
