@@emreherod yeah the Inno+Mercenary+Pluto gives you unlimited Mercs essentially for free while also granting you development and production boosts. It's tons of fun. EDIT: reduce cost on advisors and military technology too.

That will make the new achievement much easier, as you'll be able to justify invasion on countries that border your eyelets, making invasion chains more viable.

Their units have finally been nerfed. I managed to defeat them with austria in the 1500s, which was pretty much impossible before

@@theortheo2401 if you don't already own half of Europe being able to steam roll anything times 10 with your arrays of slaves and allies as Austria by 1500s you're doing something wrong. Austria has always been an Otto-auto-killer in the hands of the player.

@@Infidi yeah well your allies and pu's don't don't to swell against both the Ottomans and France now do they ? I can kill them at some point but when that kind of alliance happens it's not that easy.

ive uh.. ive got bad news on the latter half.. in my netherlands game, the ottomans didn't touch mamluks and they colonised australia and the spice islands

Its not that strong, its just less AE. The manpower bonus is balanced out by not having subjects join wars.

It definitely hasn't buffed them as much as people think. Ottomans got some major nerfs for the first few years such as the change of guns of urban and the Anatolian pips change which made Byantium a rather easy start.

They seem to be weaker if anything, in most of the videos I've seen both them and France don't seem to do well. I'm allied to them in my current game and they're doing well but not as well as they did before this patch, and France is getting beat up by Burgundy.

Nope, has to be outside of Anatolia. Janissaries were heathens, thus the disaster let's heathen provinces break free. For me it happened always in Edirne.

@Gugfitufi bro I just played it and intentionally triggered the janissary independence it litteraly spawns in anatolia, and allows janissary recruit from true faith provinces.

I am playing as muscovites and u can get a bonus at the beginning of the game that gives 15 ccr and u can claim states with spies and having claims wont increase claiming cost. I have planned to get covert as my second idea
