In this video titled EU4 A to Z - Can a BREWERY Vassalize EVERY HRE ELECTOR I do a playthrough as Cologne in Europa Universalis 4 1.33 France. This is the series titled A to Z where I attempt to play every* nation in EU4 in alphabetical order. Of course I had to remove some nations so the challenge doesn't get too boring. In this video I play as the nation of Cologne, and I attempt to vassalize or subjugate every elector in The Holy Roman Empire in order to eventually dismantle it. So let's see if I managed to do it! Ideas for your Croatia run: 1. A croatian man became president of Chile recently, so maybe you could form Croatian Chile 2. Croatia is know for it's coast, so maybe you should go and grab all the coastline of the mediterranean, including all the islans (keep only the inland provinces you get at the start. 3. If the first and second one seem to hard, long or boring, try simply reforming Austria-Hungary WW1 borders (bonus points if you are the emperor at the time)

As Crimea, you should try to have Ottomans as vassal :) Historicaly, it was the oposite. So you can be ahistorical and Have Ottomans as a vasal of the Great Khan of Crimea

In my last Florence game France got PUs over Burgundy, Milan and Naples and was allied to Provance and Venice. Blocked me on all sides. Fortunately I managed to attack Venice via their different ally and expand that way, but they prevented me from forming Italy by holding Milan.

Crimea... I'm a Fire Emblem fan, so I would like to see you lose your capital province to someone in a war, then full annex that same country in another war while retaking your original capital as the last province. I hope someone knows this reference. Obviously, losing your capital is a very costly action... enough to go bankrupt.

Influence is actually better for this run specifically. Both diplomatic and influence give +2 diplomatic reputation, but influence also reduces liberty desire, increases vassal force limit, and gives -25% diplomatic annexation cost. Much better for this run specifically.

I dont think you were a dumbass vassalizing trier and then seizing land afterwards. There's no aggressive expansion seizing land from a vassal. And only vassalizing a country is less AE than vassalizing and taking a province or two. So... in the end, you saved yourself AE in the HRE. Definitely not a dumbass.

Usually, in English, it is Cologne (like the Perfume). Put pronouncing it "Coln" is not that far away from the german name of the City, Köln. (like seen in the name of the capital province)

You will have to buy a DLC. Which one depends on which region you want. For Riga, you will have to wait for the next DLC to come out as it will expand on the Baltic region.
