It is nice and she needs to stop humiliating her man who loves her on national TV talking about d!ck size, his mastubation practices and being critical of him 24 effing 7. She takes her love for granted by sh!tting all over this man publicly
@tashabnicole519 You can't say Toya doesn't have the same love as Dr. Eugene has for her. Like Dr. Eugene says Toya may say things that sound strange. I get she wanted more romance from her husband and not settling for less.
Eugene and Cecil need a podcast. They offer a transparent and real perspective as professional "Black Men in Marriage." Especially with all the relationship rubbish in these social media streets.
Simone and Toya are so blessed to have these men as husbands who uplift them and openly share their love for them, and to never let anyone disrespect their wives.
@@mariejones2669 its not rare for a black man to have a black women i really wish yall would stop saying that its like where do yall be or live that this is rare im in Los Angeles ?
@@everythingtruecrime1 it's not rare duhh but today BM are not like they were back in the days whitewashed not proud self hatin thinking whytes will except them it's terrible
@@derrickware6082 Right...on Carlos' podcast she said the production company used the ladies to ice her out. She felt really slighted by them because of that.
@@user-cm4dc2rd2q Until she speaks, we will never really know. So you've never been so close to someone of the opposite sex that felt like a sibling or a family member?
@@annathomas5240 You mean Simone. I agree with you. Simone and Toya are my least favorite people on the show but have good husbands from what it appears. I can say most of the husbands seem like wonderful men.
I agree - they are more than just "husbands," who take a backseat, like on the housewives franchise. They actually are active cast members with storylines. Definitely think it's time to pay them.
Cecil is the coolest guy on TV and probably in person. Eugene seems so fun and joyful. I am so glad to see them portray another side of black men and of married black men on TV. This is what we were supposed to be going toward in our community.
This has been byyyyyy far one of my favorite interviews. The men showed up and spoke with such grace and intellect. Buttttt…. They need to pay them for their time on the show. Bravo needs to get it together!!!
Not just Bravo!! The people who they choose to be on there only to make a few coins, & lose their self worth & respect for themselves and others. At the end of the day money doesn't define one's self (Morales) Don't sell your souls for a few pennies to please others.🙌🏾🙌🏾
I love how respectful Cecil and Eugene was when speaking about Mariah they gave her her flowers for creating the show and casting they spoke truthfully... after 10 years none of the ladies on the show who have been there since day 1 has yet to give Mariah her credit, her flowers
Cecil has always been my fave husband - so chill and authentic. He inserts himself only when necessary and at the right time. I have always had respect for Dr. Eugene. He supports his wife no matter what people say about her. Amazing father and provider. Both guys are such class acts. Great interview.
He seems so kind hearted. Wonder how he got with Simone. Now I can see how Eugene and Toya are a couple….I used to wonder. They are the same being and both a bit shallow, Toya more so. I really like Dr. Eugene nonetheless. Carlos, Toya didn’t say that about his penis. She was speaking in general about penises. Trout mouth cast mate of Toya made it a bigger issue than what it is.
Eugene is the definition of I chose this woman to be my wife,my children's mum,and I'll stand by her...no matter what anyone says..you can also tell that he takes great pleasure in providing for his family.Hes very family oriented. And is truly working to ensure his family is good in the long run. Cecil is also family oriented, who also loves his wife and kids.He understands his wife and knows how to navigate around that. These two men are class acts gentlemen. They also are very calm and collected 😊
as an ER nurse I must give it up to the doctors that work there. it is a highly stressed job, you really need to be solid in your home life to work in such an environment. He shows nothing but class!
Eugene and Cecil should run for PRESIDENT and V PRESIDENT the of something...they are sooo transparent and REAL. Best Show ever and Carlos I am being real..you were more calmer and not all over the place. I was so happy to hear you not say 50 times. "You know I Love You" which sounds so pretenses and not organic. I hope you can take constructive criticism as well. EXCELLENT INTERVIEW. Better than Nee Nee or Kenyas
I love how Cecil is always a classic man . Never speaks ill on anyone without something kind to say to back it . he never lets others opinions shape his own. You can tell Cecil doesn't have a jealous bone in his body
I love Dr. Eugene. He reminds me of my husband. A standup guy who’s not afraid to speak up for himself and his woman. I wish this type of support and love for every woman.
This is one of the best interviews Carlos have ever done. I love Cecil's personality...smooth as hell. Eugene is a very thoughtful and considerate guy.
I called it a long time ago. Eugene LOVES the fact that Toya is hard to please because it gives him something to work towards and motivates him to be better. That's just his personality. It goes against the "submissive wife" narrative we've been fed, so it is hard for people to comprehend their dynamic 🤷🏾♀️
Toya has to be doing something right for that man to love her that much. Eugene has never complained of Toya being a mad wife which shows she is great to him.
Honestly, most people are just envious of their love and solidarity. I also loved Eugene and Cecil’s thoughts on masculinity and how often times in the black community, if a man has an opinion about something that affects his family he’s called sassy. Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought it was considered a good thing for your man to have your back? When did it turn to shame?
@psnnieshamarie2383 It turned into shame because it takes a lot for men to reach such a supportive status. If women continue to accept and expect the bare minimum, men can happily continue to be lackluster while being praised like the second coming of Christ when they do put forth a little more effort 💯
This was THE BEST interview Carlos has done so far. I could listen to Eugene and Cecil all day. They need their own show because this shows they are REAL FRIENDS. The entire hour and 30 mins was not enough. ❤❤
Cecil has always been my favorite, and still is… but Eugene is most admirable. His unconditional love for Toya, and willingness to proclaim it to the world makes me smile. 😊👏🏾💪🏾
Out of ALL the men on this show Cecil, Eugene and Damon have been the best representation of love and marriage and how black men should want to show up in a marriage. It's beautiful to see and we need more positive reflections of black men in the media that put God and their families above all else! 🎉❤🎉❤
@@judycox7494I believe Damon gets in her as but behind doors. At the ens of the day Heavenly needs to want for change. He’s not gonna divorce her over it
Well said. Well damn said! Most people certainly take "I'm real" to be defined as "I can be cruel and hurtful." You can pull someone aside and tell them they have spinach in their teeth without screaming it across the room in front of everyone while laughing.
Cecil did an excellent job of explaining the Tammy thing. It makes perfect sense. If you jump for one thing, then it sets it up that other jumps would follow. Also, it gives the friend the expectation that Cecil would continue to be there like that. No wife would be cool with that. Tammy could have called Triple A. Thank you, Cecil, for sharing what happened!
I COMPLETELY enjoyed this interview. Cecil and Eugene.... wonderful, well-spoken, educated, laid back, black men who loves their black wives personified! This is the BEST reality show, thanks Mariah!
@@RelrellzThank you. I wish I could say I am not Quad's fan but I think I am now. She succeeded in beating her fellow woman into submission. It is ugly to witness.
@@Relrellzquad made it her mission to dislike Toya Dr S1. Quad uses people n when she can no longer use them she discards them. Look at Mariah n her ex. Quad is not a nice person. Example The reunion was pre recorded but she decided to play to Twitter n act hurt about comments when she saw what Twitter was saying. Not on the actual day it happened. Quad is manipulative
Okay, so this interview made me love Eugene and Cecil even more. These marriages are blessed and i hope every woman finds men to hold them down like this.
I love Dr. Eugene! He needs his own show, book, or something. I wish my husband would listen to this podcast. I think Eugene could be a safe place for black men to talk about their family, being fathers, trauma, marriage, health, and wellness. He is a King!
Carlos you did a THING with this one. Such a great conversation. Eugene and Cecil are top tier men and husband's 💯 This is definitely Top 5 Bravo related sit downs EVER!!!
Dr Eugene has gained my respect exponentially. He has a right to speak on issues that directly affect him. Cecil is honest and forthcoming about his friendship with Tammy. I have such respect and admiration for these two husbands.
That’s why we have to be careful and allow for our own character to come forward and make a judgment and not Heavenly or the public’s concocted narrative tell us who these people are
@@t.d.8829 Never perfect. I’m saying that in general about them all. Hearing them speak their side, makes a world of difference; they have reasoning behind some things that happened. All who have spoken Carlos you get to hear the whys: Nene, Kenya, Quad, Mariah, etc. takes away some of the ugly stories and dislike.
Carlos please take heed to this interview. What a blessing to here men of our race speak with dignity, class & respect for others to receive a positive message to pass on along to others. Very well done❤❤
To hear my brother in law and former coworker tell it-- the DR is where guys go to rent out a villa and chefs and staff, play golf, have constant 'round the clock private "entertainment"
I think this show resignates with fans because their marriages are relatable. And i admire that they fight for their marriages, whether the result was to divorce, couple counseling, open and honest conversations.....the fix wasnt just to up and leave. That is encouraging in so many ways..... Love it ....
These are my two favorite husbands and marriages on the show. They exude love and even though they may not always agree or get on, it’s real and it’s kind and you feel the love. They keep it real and you feel that. ❤
Cecil dropping so many gems for the community. The mention of Ramit Sethi's "I Will Teach You To Be Rich" not only makes his point, but shows how much he pays attention to resources our community could benefit from. Great interview all around.
Eugene and Cecil are very solid men. Love how they care about their wives feelings and support them. Now let's see their podcast... Great interview Carlos.
If Joe Gorga and Frank Catana can get paid so should these professional men. Dr. Eugene and Corporate Cecil SHOULD BE PAID. I agree Carlos!!!! We love Dr. Eugene and Cecil!!!
Dr. Eugene loves Toya like no one else will and I never believed that about anyone until him. I hope they continue on for life! No matter what it cost him, he is still there. Many of us will never experience this type of love!
I absolutely adore and respect Eugene. His patience, attitude, and dedication for his family is so attractive, as well as commendable. He allows Toya to be herself and he is able to do this because he knows who he is and he truly loves his wife . I thank you Eugene for always being a positive example and being unapologetically yourself. My favorite scene is when you helped Toya with her hair. That’s what real love looks like. Of course Toya could have hired someone to take her hair out. If you know you just know love. Blessings to you and your beautiful family!
I love Cecil, but I think the point that is being missed, is in the moment he ran out to help Tammy - Simone realized she was no longer his priority, but someone else was. Especially when he's doing something for someone else that he wasn't doing for her. To her, it must've felt like he had formed an emotional connection with someone else and that was jeopardizing their own connection. I'm glad Cecil chose his marriage over that friendship, and I hope Dr. Simone shows him she appreciates it.
Grown men with intellect having a good conversation. Dont get any better than this!! I would also add how refreshing M2M is. The dynamic and ensemble cast are what the show is. Its not boring and it displays drama, professionalism, authentic conversations. I love it!
I love the positivity that radiated through this interview. I also like how they didn’t bash anyone despite any drama between them that we see on the show
Cecil and Eugene gave the best interview of any reality show. Honesty, forthrightness and interesting, a great overall conversation. The insight into Married to Medicine cast and relationship dynamics. Great job fellas!
Even if Toya is a kept woman, why are they mad about it? A black woman doesn’t deserve to be kept? She isn’t settling and that’s what we all need to do. Dr. Eugene is a great husband. Those people are jealous because he isn’t doing it for them.
You are perfectly right. Toya was in pharmaceutical sales when she met Eugene making a good living for a single woman. The decision to stay home and raise her family was an obvious choice made between her and Eugene. Toya makes a happy home for her husband and boys and its no one business but theirs.
Loved Cecil honestly admitted to missing Tammy...his emotional connection wt her is wht Simone struggled wt as she should...Cecil genuinely expressing himself was refreshing..lotta men would've lied! Kudos 🎉🎉
I have never watched an entire podcast that was longer than 15 minutes, but this was well worth it! I think these guys need to do more interviews because their pov was refreshing and insightful.
I have to say Carlos, out of all the interviews I've seen - this one has been the ABSOLUTE BEST! Its such a breath of fresh air getting to see another perspective from the storylines we've seen on the show, hearing Cecil's version of the Tammy story and Eugene clearing up all those false perceptions about Toya. This was great!
I definitely enjoyed this chat with Dr. Eugene and Cecil. What’s troubling is that Dr. Heavenly is so recklessly, that her mouth can negatively impact these doctors income.
