Just was buying month ago same plants with 4 different colours, put in 2 places. In one place they were eated by rabbits. I forget the name, but look your video, and remember, Euonymus. I like that these plants green all year around. Your video is very informative and helpful. God Bless You and your Garden!
You might want to mention the highly invasive growth habit of this plant. Many areas in the US are discouraging folks from planting it, because it is choking out native plants and trees that are important to our ecosystems!
Such a hardy plant even if it gets mites, which can be hard to get rid of. To propagate easier, use clippings before they form any bark. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for this informative video! I purchased this without a clue of what it was because I loved the look haha. Just needed to know if I could keep it potted on my deck.
No one in the 4 videos I have watched about euonymous plants pronounces the name properly. It's YOU ON i MUS. There is no R in euonymous. But I did enjoy your video very much. Thank you!
Thank you so much. I have several but didn't know that I could propagate them so easily. I have never seen one as big as yours. What did you do to get it to be so big?
It could be the type of plant you have..Some will stay small...Last year the deer eat my plant down pretty bad..I had to cut it back, but its coming back this spring..
@@Backyardprojectguy thanks Ken. Any recommendations for a bushy evergreen shrub that would work better in almost complete shade for the corner of my small garden?
I understand your concerns..and agree with you..BUT..I have a hill side that is so big I need something to cover it. Plus if it gets out of hand..I'll chop the heck out of it..Thanks for sharing your comments..I appreciate it
@@Backyardprojectguy Is the root system shallow enough that uprooting to thin out the plant is relatively easy? I like how you have it with the hostas in a partial sun location, which gives me ideas of where to plant it. Thank you for the video.
@@emmaapplegate1970 It might take some time and muscle to up root it. A lot depends on how long the plant has been there and how big it is.. Hope this helps
