This is my step to use Lossless Scaling :
First monitor native is 1920x1080p, use virtual super resolution from AMD Radeon Adrenalin to be 4k
Second monitor i set to 1360x768, i use usbmmidd_v2 software from amyuni software to get second monitor because i only have 1 monitor, then i set my obs display capture to the second monitor
My ETS2 setting is Custom High, 1080p resolution, and 200% scaling, vsync off, you just need to limit your fps using rivatuner from msi afterburner to 30fps
My obs recording bitrate cbr 20000 i forgot to increase this before record lol
My lossless scaling setting :
Scaling mode Auto Aspect ratio, Scaling Type LS1 Sharpness Full Performance ON , Frame Generation LSFG 1.1 , Vsync ON Max Refresh Rate, HDR OFF, Allow Tearing ON, Draw FPS ON, Capture API WGC, Double Buffering ON, GPU and Display Preffered GPU Auto, Output display 1360x768 second monitor ( virtual monitor ) , Windowed Mode OFF , VRR support OFF,
why vsync on in lossless scaling, because my tv only 60hz, so even i can get 180++ fps i wont see the real smooth movement, so better vsync on in lossless scaling if you only have 60hz monitor, it will looks real smooth 60fps
