I think the front has some value but the rear will be minor impact. If they were a bit cheaper I'd get both but I think I will do just the front. Thanks

Will these fit MK7 R?

There’s no way they help. The back brace sits an inch above the structure. It was up about 1 1/2 feet higher it would probably help. Same with the front. It sits right where the cars structure is.
