1. European trucks are not built for your constant overloading. 2. In Europe, no one drives 50 tons with only 410hp. 3. In Europe, these extreme gradients are not driven with loading areas that are far too long and too little traction.

Yes agree. This is a long wheel base CF. The reduction hubs and chassis length and day cab would indicate it was originally a rigid. The 5th wheel therefore in relation to the steering axel is too far back rendering the steering axle to be lifted due to weight distribution too far back on the chassis of the tractor unit. You guys are overloading your trucks. Now I get that this maybe the normal thing for you to do but you are making what should be a straight forward delivery look painfully long in time as the lorries re construction is not suitable for its application. The driver appears not even to know how to climb out of a truck so that's not helping as he probably has no training to be a heavy goods driver. 1… shorten the chassis on the tractor unit so the cab is closer to the trailer, spread the wieght more evenly over all axles. 2.. stop over loading. It is dangerous, kills brakes and drive lines. Less weight will mean more profit in the long term. 3... When building trucks that came out of Europe, make sure the axle and chassis configuration is correct for your trailer king pin weight distribution. Try to avoid ex tipper rigid trucks, as converting with a 5th wheel to artic tractor units is never sensible. Converting a tractor unit back down to a rigid is fine as running gear will be designed for more weight. But convertiing a 26t mgw rigid chassis Upto a tractor unit by adding a 5th wheel is stupid. Axle weight design and brakes will be below the construction limits and adding 50t load on a tri axle to a old rigid chassis would be unthinkable in Europe. There is a reason. It's fecking stupid. You guys seem to spend more time failing and crashing than getting on with the job. 2 reasons, vehicles are not up to the task drivers obviously need a bit of education. Your government need to bring in some construction and build regulations to help your operators and some education that's mandatory for your drivers. Cos to be fair these videos make your drivers look like amateurs. Your whole commercial vehicle system and road network needs a rethink by pragmatic, educated people with good common sense. Then things like " Brake failure" " Run aways" " Under and over steering" " Axle under loading" " Axle overloadin" " Uncontrolled vehicle roll overs) " Incline stalls" Will all become a thing of the past . Looks like your transport system is haphazard at best.

100%. The max weight in that configuration in Australia is 42 tonne. That is prime mover+trailer+payload =42 tonne. Given the prime mover+trailer=18 to 20 tonne the max payload should only be around 20 tonne.

It takes little to have a truck (it's not like you designed it, built it, or evidently understand it), it takes more to maintain a truck, and most to know how it is properly used, what its limitations are. Looks to me like you barely passed step 1.
