the truck is incredibly tough and has enormous power spinning all 6 wheels under load. There is just not enough traction, a second truck is necessary to make this work.
The truck is definitely strong enough to pull, it just lack of traction. To add on to the disadvantage, the rear end of the trailer contacting with the tarmac makes the pull even much more difficult.
Looks like the first truck had no traction either but they thought the MAN is all wheel drive it might pull it but power its not the problem traction is
Should have let the tyres down for more spread of grip . And keep to the right as he did , should NOT have shunted about ( this caused the trailer towards middle of the road) . Should have dropped trailer , and gone in at the correct angle , re connect the trailer, and drove up the hill on the right . The trailer had to keep away from the middle of the road .
The truck has enough power to pull the trailer, problem is it is loosing traction. Wheels are sliding, that's why in Europe and in the US the pulling tractor is having weights so then the wheels will have 100% traction
Il problema è quel rimorchio ,non ha gli assi sterzanti e le sospensioni idrauliche per alzarlo un po' dal terreno così che il primo asse non opponga resistenza È un rimorchio vecchio per fare quei lavori su quei dislivelli

The M A N has plenty of power. But the road is polished and truck tyres are not good. The gradient and tractor suspension make this load very difficult
Truck man bukan tidak kuat menarik beban , hanya kurang traksi, tenaga truck sangat kuat, terbukti bisa memutar semua roda dalam beban yg berat sekalipun
Seharus nya dari pada jauh jauh dari Medan dan makan waktu lama 7 hari lebih baik di tarik pakai alat berat saja tapi yg roda nya ban karet..bukan rantai khusus untuk di trmpat stuk ini saja kan banyak di padang penewaan alat berat.. lalu setelah lepas dari tanjakan ini boleh di tarik lagi sama fuso .

@@Ericmwangii I have visited Kenya and Nairobi many times, I spent 10 years working in many African countries. What you are talking about is a separate subject to the one of wearing footwear that is suitable for the type of work a person is doing. Rubber sandals are totally not suitable for construction work or operating heavy machinery, it doesn't matter what your work eithic is or how hard a worker you are, one simple accident, and maybe not even an accident you make, and you're unable to work because of an injury to your foot, then you can't support your family or yourself, that's what my original comment was about.
It would have been better to put a stiff bar on the Fuso to the Man & have two trucks pulling with twice the traction, which is what the problem is. Plenty of power in the Man but lack of traction.
Kalo menurutku itu yg menjadi genala karena licin akibat air hujan.tapi sebetulnya air hujañ sangat membantù bila roda atau ban masih normal tidak mungkin selip.jadi yg jelas itu kelebihan muata yg kurang di perhitungkan antara daya kemampuan angkutan.dg daya tanjak dg ketinggian yg kurang berimbang..jadi kalo kita mau pake perhitunga yg pait kita harùs tau.cek kemampuan per 1kilometer dg ketinggian umpama 4.mkondisi langsam ko masih bagus berarti muatan masih setandar.1.km.lagi adaselisih tinggi lagi 3.m.jadi 2km.berarti selisih tinggi menjadi 7m.berari sepanjang 2 km .dg ketinggian nanjak langsam.7m.laini daya angku masih setandar apa tidak .kalo tiak berti kelebigan muatan.maka harus ada pengurangan muatan palig tidak sepertida dari barang yg di angut.supaya normal.munkin bigitu ini si penapat bisa salah dg peritunga tenis.mengenai jala ketinggian tak kira silit diatasi lagi.itu karena medanya.yg dataran tinggi .paling kalo bisa untuk sedikit mempermudah saluran pembuangnya di tutup tralis besi ygsesuai dg berat muatan .jadi mobil angktan nanjak tidak terpengaruh roda depan maupu belakang masuk parit.kalo cuman nabra tebing si saya anggap mudah mengatasinya.yg susah roda masu parit atau saluran bisa patal pd kendaran.sedang penutupan sesuai kebutuhan.kira kiranyg rawan kecelakaan.bisa dari tikungan kira kira kebawah dan yg ke atas 100.m kebawah 100.m bila ko kurang ya sesue kebutuhan.trimakasih banyak salah mohon maaf

Wow darah situ memang sangat sangat makan pikiran buat dreper mobil besar.menurut saya alangkah memudahkan sopi tleler tidak terjrumus ke jurang maupun ke parit.disitu di buat garis khusus penunjuk di bada jalan atau aspal .supaya lewatnya tepat dan tidak terjadi masala.seperti iru Truk nanjak nikung di aspal atau dibeton kasi kode batas roda .jadi bisa sekali jadi .tidak harus kurang sana kurang sini.saya kira itu coba dibuatkan baik dari arah atas.maupun arah bawah pake cat putih supaya tida kembar dg jalur asli yg kuning.caba yg berkopenten di perum perhubungan wilayah situuntuk bißa mempertimbangkan.demi kelancaran dan kenyamanan para sopir.

Maksud bossqq.... prime mover/kepala truk khusus trailer /gandengan multi axle ?.. yaa pada unit prime mover MAN trisula ini juga bisa di tambah ballast /beton berbentuk kotak , di pasang persis di atas pin fifthwheel cuma keliatannya kedua truk itu kaga mempersiapkan kannya dari awal ,padahal fungsinya sangat amat penting untuk menambah traksi roda ,mengingat jalur ,panjang trailer muatan dan beban muatan yg panjang dan berat ..
Government officials and engineers should re-design and make adjustments on that portion of that road to make it more reliable and not sitting on their office and just wait for opportunity for corruption....and the people are making money from the predicament of the victims. "If government officials are inefficient, the people suffers".
The problem is the trailer wheels on the low side are jamming against the trailer body and acting like a brake. They should have placed timber or suitable materials under the centre trailer wheels to assist in the movement up the slope. I would not be in the least surprised to find the front and rear trailer axles are now bent, because they lack enough range of articulation for that extreme slope, and the front and rear axles of the trailer are taking all the weight numerous times.
Good try but it would help to pump the low bed trailer up if possible and to put more weight on the rear axles of the truck to increase friction and if it still haven't enough traction maybe hook a another truck in front of it or if there one on the rear with a push bar( made out of rubber). Maybe in future it will help
bc 1 truck is more then enough. their problem is that they have not enough wheight on the truck. if they put 10.000kg of steel on it it would have pulled it right up

wheels slipping means that it doesn't matter how powerful the truck is... air down the tires a bit, or add weight on top of the traction wheels, that should do the trick
