Thanks Carl, I been trying to get back to everyone lol it’s been frantic, this video seems to have gone down a storm a bit like the surf, I presume the fish do not like the surf there because of the clay being stirred up, I would have gone to the end of spurn with everyone else but I don’t think Steve would have enjoyed that and it’s all about the enjoyment 🥳

Lol we did have waders with us but as the flattie comp is only 4 hours we thought we would brave the elements, it was freezing 🥶

Hi thanks for watching and yes I think they get called different things all around the country, that’s how we refer to the in the South West because of the 3 small beards but definitely appreciate all the different names, hope you enjoyed the video 👍

@@shorefishingfilms ​ You'll find the shore rockling has a yellowish tinge to its underbelly whilst the three bearded rockling has a salmon pink tinge to its underside. The latter also has black spots all over its back and sides whilst the shore rockling doesn't.
