I don't think most Americans really understand the difference between a passport and a visa, because as Americans all we need to do to go to most countries is show our passport. We don't need to think about applying to countries months or years in advance to get a visa from them just for a vacation. My son, his dad and step-mom just decided in the middle of summer last year to go to England for two weeks. No long application process to the U.K., just passports and plane tickets. We as Americans take A LOT for granted, and I think that might be once reason Americans love watching channels like yours, because we're reminded of the things in life here in America that maybe we should appreciate more.

You generally have to have the receipt for items when you want a refund. Many stores don’t take your word for it.

In honor of Memorial Day weekend, the soldiers who gave all in the world war and the soldiers that survived are the reason we have the convenience that you love to react to and experience and every American and visitor to our great country experiences. Abuse of refunds can happen. What some people don’t realize is stores do keep track refunds and employees also tend to pay attention to who is asking for it. If a person is doing it regularly, the employee will report it. There’s also typically cameras above the service counter so they can look back at the exchange as well as the person involved. Most stores, you’re required to return the item in exchange for the refund. However, some people swap out the product then return the box or cream with a different product inside. If this happens, you will eventually get caught and get charged with theft.

Regarding refunds...stores are more likely to give refunds because they want the customer to have a good experience not only to come back and buy other products, but so they tell the people they know what a good experience they had at the store. Customer loyalty and good word of mouth aren't things that can be easily bought but must be earned. And now with the Internet, if one person has a bad experience at a store anywhere in the country, the rest of the country might hear about it.

Walmart, Target, pet supplies, department stores, Home Depot and probably 99% of all retail stores have online shopping. Walmart and other stores have a “pick-up” option as well. You can shop online, drive to the store and they put your goods in your car for you. It’s so nice for busy people, and if you’re not feeling well enough to go into the store. Prescriptions can be picked up at Walmart at their drive-thru as well.

Not only can you shop Walmart online, there's an app and you can get same day delivery to your house if you live near a Walmart.

Texas is becoming a major Tech hub and oil hub. They also have the lowest land prices anywhere. Orlando is a big tourism hub but we are building out a silicon valley here, along with a medical city. The hospitals here are experts in car crashes as they happen frequently and we know exactly what to do. We also have one of the best pediatric hospitals in the Southeast as really sick babies always are flown to downtown Orlando for the highest level of care possible. This babies are from everywhere and they end up here at Winnie Palmer hospital for women and Babies.

Informality is not just a California thing

I tell young people when they are looking for a college/university, consider first the weather during winter. Most kids go on summer trips to see school campuses, and of course, the grounds are lovely, the dorms are comfortable. But if you're from Florida, and choose to go to Minnesota, be really ready for a shock. If you've narrowed down your college choices based on your interest/major, then choose the one with a climate you know you can handle. Goes the other way, too. If you're from Boston and go to college in Atlanta, you might feel like you're cooking yourself at the beginning and end of the school year.

Please keep in mind, this girl is wealthy and comes from a wealthy family. It costs money to leave Russian, it costs money to move especially in the USA, it cost money to set-up a business in the USA. The average (not wealthy) American will have trouble setting up banking accounts on-line. They will have to go to a bank to set-up an account. It is not easy to get permission to move to the USA. I know of a Swede married to an American, they have children and lived in Europe about 10 years farming. It took them over 2 years to get permission to settle in America where her mother's parents are citizens. So beware, there is a lot of paperwork and delay involved.

Businesses refund to build and maintain customer loyalty. If i get good service or good quality, i tell others and spread the word.

I'm an Army vet. I went through basic training in the middle of winter in Missouri. I was born and raised in Arizona, Florida and Texas, so marching in the snow took some getting used to. But then after basic training, I was stationed in Monterey, California at the Defense Language Institute (DLI) to learn Russian, from Russians. If I could afford it, that's one of the places I would someday love to retire to. It's not big like L.A. or San Francisco, and you either have to drive on the one road that goes there or fly in on a small commuter plane, because that's all that their airport can handle. And Monterey is right on the ocean, with seals on the rocks warming themselves. For me, it's the small towns in California that really show you why people love the state.

Ordering online : You can even buy a firearm online, but you must go have a federal background check to pick it up only at a licensed place. Or just order ammunition if you are over 18. ( all of this varies state to state right now, some states require a state license to own certain items as well, for example. )

The mindset that she’s talking about in number 11 used to be more common and ubiquitous in the US. It still exists in many places of course, but since the age of social media there are more and more people subscribing to anger, envy and malcontent, harping on all of the negativity in the world rather than celebrating the good things. I hope this trend doesn’t continue because I miss when most of us had a positive outlook.

Yes, Walmart and all grocery stores are online. They will all deliver too. Same day.

Practically every retail company has on-line shopping. Also restaurants. Order ahead to pick up or have it delivered.

you can order online for walmart, and either have the stuff delivered or just go to the local walmart and pick it up and they will bring it out to your vehicle. I am putting in my weekly grocery order online as I type this.

Most of us do not care how others live as long as they aren't hurting anyone. If you want to wear pajamas and slippers to the gas station to buy a coffee, whatever. Ever heard of the Walmart People? Sure, we may judge, most of us quietly, but we don't really care. We have our own lives, and that attitude is prevalent in cities - the rural areas may be a bit different. The smaller the population, the more people are in each others business.

I haven't been to a physical bank in at least 10 years. I use all online banks. You get much better interest rates and there are usually no fees. I use three different online banks for checking and savings accounts and there is nothing that I can't do online that I used to have to do inside of the bank branch.

I have been inside my bank six times since 2013-applying for mortgage, signing mortgage papers, taking a huge container of coins to run through their free coin counter, opening a new account with cash, applying for re-mortgage, and signing re-mortgage papers. I do everything online that can be done online except pay for my license plate renewal and car tax-I refuse to give them an extra $2 for a “convenience fee” because it currently costs $.68 to mail it.

The business model in America is different as stockholders vote on who should be on the board meaning it’s a neutral party. It’s part of the annual stockholders meeting, their actual powers are pretty limited as all they can do is set a beginning stock price for a day and hire or fire certain people in the company. They really are just people from different divisions in the company looking at the company as a whole and how to move it forward. The real power lies in the CEO or president.

Funny thing before I watched your video I just ordered some Shampoo and other products online through Walmart. They are about the same price and service as Amazon. I live in Nashville TN.

Not only can you shop online for places like Walmart and Target. You can get same day delivery to your house orders. Many other stores you can shop online and pay in advance of going to pick it up. Also we have companies like Instacart that will even pick up things for you at places like gas stations, ect, and they will pick it up and deliver to you any place the same day.

The thing is as long as you aren’t breaking any laws or hurting anyone then you’re free to do whatever you want. Honestly nobody really cares as they are too into their own problems to notice much around themselves. we do have strict child welfare policies and just we look out for stuff you know.

People abuse the refunds, at walmart we'd see people returning worn Halloween costumes the day after Halloween, and that's only one example. In America everything is aimed at convenience... drive thru, grocery delivery, online access to almost everything. If there's an easier way to do something, someone will do it because we have so many choices they have to work harder to get business. I love her rose colored glasses view, but her view and reality for people that grew up here is quite different...lol. Don't get me wrong we appreciate the country, but we see the dark side as well.

The shops don't lose money on refunds.

Wearing pajamas out of the house is only semi-appropriate and only for a certain age group. I'm 73 and at my age if I went for coffee in my pajamas, they would think I was demented. I'd still get served but I would be judged.

Every State has Barbecue, not just Texas. Some may be sweeter, hotter, whatever. NC barbecue is delicious and less hot more pleasant temperature. Georgia where I live barbecue. Texas is just louder and more Braggadocious about it

Andre, there are other brands of liquid prebiotics than kambutcha brand. I don't like those tastes myself but I have found a brand called Kavita that has a couple flavors that are decent. I know you have smaller varieties but I believe Kavita is the #2 brand so you might have it there.

I would argue that Americans are casual, not humble 😂 I used to work at an Apple Store near Silicon Valley, the area this vlogger lives. They would always tell us not to judge customers by their appearance. It’s the right thing ethically of course, but in America, in California, in Silicon Valley, a dude in sandals and sweat pants could be the millionaire CEO of a company for all you know. Sure people in Northern California buy Teslas and whatnot but overall it’s *a bit* like Scandinavia or Germany where it’s considered tacky to flaunt your wealth ostentatiously. Don't believe everything about what a new resident says. She obviously hasn't had real life, more normal experiences while she's lived here. You won't be able to return everything you want so easily. That was the exception, probably because of the allergic reaction. You have to have the receipt. Yes, some places have higher cost of living. It's best to do your own research and not just listen to a youtube person who hasn't lived here for most of their life. Interest? you need to check with mortgage companies. 4% interest? Ha! If this was the 4th of July, it was who knows how long ago.

Florida and California are not the same climate. Florida is a tropical hell while California has a more mild and much dryer climate.

yeah, most companiies set up their HQ in Delaware because they don't impose a state income tax on buisnesses that don't business in the state. So maybe if you do do business in Delaware you would pick another state.

The refunds are good for buisness because people are less hesitant to buy in the first place if they know they can get a refund. The face is mose people just want their expectations met, and many people are too lazy or too busy to go through all the steps to do the refund anyway

Americans are a fairly tolerant bunch (of course there are exceptions). The people we don't like are the ones who go around wagging their fingers and telling everyone else how to live. The rule of thumb is that if you're not bothering me, I don't care about what you do, how you dress, etc. By the way, I've lived in Florida and Southern California. The weather in Southern CA is fantastic. Of course, the state has a variety of climates. Florida is too hot and humid for too much of the year for me. But some people prioritize getting away from cold, snowy winters, and Florida provides a refuge. As for myself, I dislike very hot, humid weather more than I dislike cold, snowy weather. So, if I had to choose between Florida and Alaska, I'd choose Alaska.
