We were hit with a terrible stomach bug on The Never Say Die! Tour this year and I have the full story for you! Plus, I weigh in on why I had my ears sewn up! Thanks for watching!
Jake Dixon my thoughts exactly. looks so "normal" and presentable.. looks like he even feels better. idk. somethin before about him always lookin mad. a video even i think. i didn't see that at all in this
It's because he wanted to gain some weight I think he was uncomfortable with being "skinny" so he started to workout and eat more and he seems alot happier since he gained some weight ... he posted some things on instagram exactly about this topic so I think this is why ... sorry for a late reply
Hey Phil. My name is Eric Thomas. I'm from the same place your from my cousins graduated from karns. My mother killed herself the Sunday before mothers day and I wanna tell you the lyrics on the valley helped me out in a real big way. Thanks Phil
I honestly think Phil has gotten over his anxiety he looks much more healthier and happier in this video and on his Instagram well done Phil anxiety and depression is a hard thing to overcome
Dang man the stomach bug sounds horrendous! Glad you didn't get it man. Rip your bandmates though lol. I also feel you on the gauges aspect. I still have mine but I'm considering sewing mine up.
you were the best at ozzfest/knotfest man! busted so many nuts wen I saw you play. I was right in front of the stage you could have spit an I would have felt it! your vocs were brutal that day
The real reason you got paranoid was because those dry heaves in the bathroom were really solid gutterals and you got jealous, let's be honest. 😂 Jokes aside, glad you're back dude. I just stumbled upon your channel recently and it's awesome to see this.
Hey Phil! Just saw you and the band last night in okc and just wanted to say that it was epic and all of the hype and excitement was well worth it and I was not disappointed one bit. Can’t wait to catch you guys again next time!
09:20 life goes on.. I understand you completely bro! been listening to your music since the dawn of chapel! respect to all that you do and your fellow band mates! love from San Antonio texas!
Hi Phil i am whitechapel's new fan. Idk if you're going to read this or not but I'm in love with your voice, your music, your band, literally everything about your band and the saw is the law is one of my favorite lullabies now. I love listening to whitechapel everyday. It makes my life 100× happier. I can't wait to see you in Jakarta, Indonesia on May 7th ♥
Hi Phil, not sure if u gonna read this but still I wanna thank you for what you created and the way u speak to ppl thru ur lyrics. Currently Im going thru a very painful breakup from a long relationship, and every time before I break down and everything falls on me I put on Decennium and I remember that I am a part of the brotherhood of the blade and that we just must hold on for we are strong and this motivation keeps me going thru everything. Thank you from the deepest of my heart and once part of Brotherhood of the blade, always part of Brotherhood of the blade!
Q&A question: what was it like going through the writing/recording process of "The Somatic Defilement"? Like your mindset, your personal feelings during that time, and any hardships during the writing/recording process? Btw loves yall's music. Keep up the awesome work.
that sickness sounds horrible lol glad u managed to avoid it and i didnt even realise your ears were sewn up till you said something looks good didnt look bad before but the change is great glad to see you are posting videos again definatly looking forward to more
Good to have ya back for sure! Honestly it's neither here nor there if you have piercings or not, I've been a fan of the band since I saw you guys at the Avalon in SLC and was hooked when This is Exile was just coming out. Keep on being you man!
Glad to hear you didn't get the stomach bug! I'd feel very accomplished if that was the case for me! Also, despite being a huge body modification fanatic, I am thrilled to hear you had your ears closed up, especially considering how long it had been on your mind, and that it was by Steve, he is such a wonderful body mod artist! I believe his shop's name is Ascension Body Modification, or similar to that if anyone needs to know!
lol I was just clearing out my subscriptions that I don't really watch and I came across your channel. A video by Phil!? 3 days ago!!!? hahaha Damn dude welcome back to youtube, I hope to see you post videos more often. I always really liked watching your Black Ops 2 gameplay while you talked about your childhood and everything. Those are my favorite vids on your channel.
Yo Phil, if you do put out some new videos, you should give us an updated vocal tutorial on all of the new styles and techniques you've learned through the years.
I don't know if you read these especially since it's the older video but I just wanted to say you're an actual role model for a lot of people not just metal. Just wanted you to know that.
I was at the Albuquerque warped tour date got to see your ears perform for the last time haha it was weird to see you and meet you that day then the next day on social media to see pictures of the surgery and seeing you without the stretched lobes happy to see the surgery went well even with the crazy warped tour schedule I'm glad you're making vids again welcome back
The truth about #2 can not be stressed enough. And with or without being on my time clock, I've given or/answered this exact advice. The performing artist I'm studying this month is famously known for open eyes that captivate. Oddly enough, he's my skellingtonly imaginary Jack to my... well, Jill (me). 💖
