I think once married, you can’t really do the hostel/shared room deal if your wife is traveling with you. At least is our case, my wife wouldn’t feel safe being in a room of random strangers and I wouldn’t feel comfortable sleeping around them either-you never know. The B&B looks safe, private and lovely.

Be aware that in dorms or hostels invariably someone snores. Once in a refugio in Italy, a woman passed out ear plugs to everyone because her husband snored ! Better to get private room if possible.
