I think everyone can agree that this years voting was absolutely ridiculous. LOTL deserved better (so as finnland, norway,...)

Thank you so much, it was fun watching you 😊 Lord of the Lost are an established band from Hamburg and have been playing as a band since 2009. I discovered them in 2013/2014 and absolutely adore them. They are somewhere between metal/dark rock/gothic/glam/wave and pop. They have a huge variety in their style and every album is different. The song is from their latest album "Blood and Glitter" which was inspired by a photobook with the same title by photographer Mick Rock, who took nearly every famous picture of David Bowie and Freddy Mercury for example back in the 70's. They have a lot of expirience on stage and even got to support Iron Maiden on their tour last year and were asked to do so again this summer 😊 They are such nice and kind people, living the message they try to convey as a band (equality, diversity, tollerance, compassion). The song itself is about embracing life to the fullest as well as the often very contradicting aspects of ourselves and just be who we want to be. That we all share the same very essence (blood) but are still unique in our own wishes and what we portray to the world (glitter). They did an accustic version of this song and their song "One last song" for "Eurovision... a little bit more" and I think you would very much enjoy those songs. Love from Cologne ❤🇩🇪

Loved the reaction and how accidentally into the point they were in the beginning as the entire album of Blood and Glitter follows Glam and the title-concept itself was inspired by the photo-book of Mick Rock on the Glam period of rock and metal bands. And of course they point out the contradictions and what unites us as people in this song. And yes. It's true, that every time a German metal-rock band appears they are falsely compared to Rammstein.

they could not use the blood on the big stage because its a strictly timed event one singer comes after the nexr and the next singer would have waited for anyone to clean the stage up though but yea they should have used the blood

well i think the most will compete you to Rammstein or the Scorpions if you do rock/metal music in germany. Its a question of age i think ;D but i think its more Rammstein for them

Loool! Schizo-German rock at its best! How many personalities can one song bring? I bet there was fighting among tge song writers and then a ”Friggebo” came along and made them sing ”We shall overcome”, and the result… Whooo… Could be AI glitching?

The reactions are always nice at RU-vidr. You say to every artist positive reaction! And every year we get at the finale 0 points from europe. So many people do not look in Germany the Eurovision because is always the same result. Zero Points. Is realy depressing and not nice for the artits. I hope we go out of this ESC because we put every year millions of Money in this contest because we are in the big five.

Of course Sweden just had to win because of 50 years ABBA next year. The jury also managed to push a mediocre song (in contrast to Finland's). There are truly more beautiful evenings.

The music itself is well composed, but the lyrics are disturbing. Now, I love horrorcore, but there is a time and place. The fact this is the top of the modern popular music is troubling. No wonder our nations are in such disrepair and discord.

Don't know what happened with the vocalist, I've been listening the band for years but this song live is meh. Good growl though. I don't know what metalheads are doing at Eurovision but so am I. And you two as well😂

Even as a german I dont like it at all. Start with heavy metal followed by some weird pop/electro garbage. "We are so happy we could die", wtf the lyrics. No wonder we hit the last place again.

You have the honor and want to compete for a country. Then you take the opportunity to be the only one not to show this flag. I'm glad that others don't want such deceptive packaging either
