Hey Aceface, just so you know the thukker batteries have also very low powergrid requirements. You can replace the republic fleet batteries with a thukker one and save 40gj powergrid, which you can use for a different prop mod if you want.
thanks for advice. I actually dont usually have powergrid issues, even with republic fleets and mwds but probably in dual battery setup its better. What setups do you use thukkers in?
3:06 I'm running T4's so comfortably thanks to your T4 fit :) but I'm really struggling to see how I can improve my capacitor on the T5 fit, with my character imported to Pyfa I'm only getting +5,47gj/s and 40,6% stable after the weather effect 3, which for a fact I know I'm going to struggle in a room of 4 starving leshaks or if I encounter lots of elite cynabals. What exactly are the skills I should be focusing to get better cap?

Hi, and thank for the vid, I notice your more expensive gila fit, is overloaded on cpu. So i figured you used a cpu implant to bring it down, but they seem to take the place of the crystal omega (slot 6), How do you correct this?

Eyy cool that you bought it :D I use inferno because the gila has inherent bonuses to thermal (inferno) missiles. Mjolnir obviously would be good due to the weather but I think (not sure) that thermal will do better due to it being bonused more. Also thermal is good against the triglavs since they have thermal holes. Exactly as @geenhenk said, I use it to blow up extraction nodes :)

@@manley9308 if you did in abyssal you're auto pod, and even if you weren't then you'll stuck there for 20 cause you won't be able to use the gates until you kill every rat
Hey mate I haven't played in 8 years and I'm just coming back and found your video. I used to be an eft guru and I don't see why you wouldn't be passively tanked and just having a cap battery?
Did you notice that alpha acc get more isk from abyss then omega's? I am getting around 2+ mil from T0 on my alpha and around 10-13 mil from T3 on my omega. Now am i just that unlucky or is that working as intented?
Must be luck nowhere have I ever observed this or has ccp said anything about this. I somtiems go days of bad loot from abyss. Then suddenly next day every site is really good so its rng central ;)
@@Aceyface the most i got from T3 was 20 mil, rest i below 15 in some 30 runs. Filament is going for about 4 mil so it's not so good. How much dps is needed to safely run T4?

You mean pyfa? Yeah in game one is nice, main reason I use pyfa for specifically abyss is its handy when it comes to applying weather effects and ehp/s already calculated

@@Aceyface I've been grinding level 2's, with your fit but not the crystal implants, I tried 1 level 3 and died in the last room, to the last ship. I've now replaced everything and bought mid grade crystal implants. Reckon I'll be able to tackle lv 3/4 now?
Something wrong on this T4 electrical Gila fit as i am far away from stable on capacitor... got all lvl5 and crystal implants. It says 2min for capacitor only
Does it say that when you are in the electrical site? See my previous comment about electrical storm. In the electric sites capacitor is boosted significantly.
It's after you factor in resists. One thing to note is that ought to be updated from this video is you should have a slight bias to thermal resist, since most deadly waves do that damage. Also always test in test server first.
He probably means with regards to ganking afterward. If you can get out consistently, you can discount the implant costs cause you can probably warp out in a pod if you get ganked.
I only run 1 Guristas Hardener and use a Cap Booster for the other mid slot for running t5. This is because I have built up a severe case of Neutphobia.... I've lost....so many Gilas.... (single tear)
Ah, do you run electrics? It helps so much with neuts. If you are really worried about neuts go dual cap batteries, you have immense neut resistance then. Combine that with electrical sites, you can just orbit 3x starving vedmaks at 500 and the cap doesnt sweat at all :)
@@Aceyface The phobia is from the time I was running T4 Gammas in a shield buffer Gila. I'd encounter the Drifter Battleship and what only be described as a neut cloud. It left me with a dead AB and Hardeners, while the Drifter was wrecking my face with lasers at 50km. I run T5 Electrical, Gamma and Exotic with my current build and I haven't been killed yet. I think it's pretty decent though it's definitely not T6 worthy. At this point I really wonder what is. Any plans of a video on the subject?
What I can see in pyfa Your Republic Fleet Large Cap Battery +43.2/ My 21.6 Your Medium Capacitor Control Circuit II +15.3/ My +7.65 Your Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I +11.5/ My +5.74 and I cna't figure it why.
you should be able to, have you tried my fits? Also try the test server if you are not sure how to fly them well. I can do T5s in a gila and not pay much attention so defeinintely possible :)
@@Aceyface I think this abyssal are a bit random... I have better stats in all sectors than you... and still died to some random critical strikes... I think I just had a bad luck...
Aceface it was a Karen wave I got 7 wrecking shots in a row with high stransversal issue was she was on 2 tracking pylons and there where a whole bunch of target painters and webs
@@grimaxemopher7308 dayuuum I've never been that unlucky. I usually go for the illuminators first with karybdis and if wrecking shots land orbit at 500.
