Watching this again after 10 years I can't imagine this video coming out today with description "the borderline between reality and simulation seems to become insignificant". Just look at where we are now, just as you wondered ten years ago in your description. The future is incredible, and today's future is gonna be even more unbelievable.

One of the best FSX movies I have seen, and I have seen thousands. Great camera work, and super editing.

I wonder how you make such amazing videos. I mean, all that stuff moving around, like that car towing your glider, custom airplanes parking and moving, parked glider... i just don't know.... i kinda suspecting that you made all this moving stuff with FS Recorder, right?

@redpiper1 - The glider isn't really towed to the car, there is no connection between them. I used just two independent fsrecorder files to get this effect. You download find the car at simnetwork, just search for 2cv and Hamaguchi :)

@redpiper1 - To make the glider move, I recorded the car first. Then I copied the frc file and changed the used 'aircraft' into the glider by using the frcConverter tool :)

@ellzstudios - I simply added some real sounds to the video, but if you are using the freeware Bob, which you can download from the Orbx homepage for walking around in the scenery you will hear the sound of walking and other ambient sound :)

@efastMixer - You can't feel it, you'll have to watch the vertical speed indicator and turn into the thermals at the right moment ;)

@sorted0blud - Hope you took the offered download from my vimeo account, because there's the only place where you can find the original 1080p HD file ;) There is a great difference in quality between youtube downloads and original HD files :)
