Seeing your yaw string, hearing only the wind over your leading edges and "leaks" in your canopy, what fun it was. Makes one a much better pilot, as turning from base to final, you had better be where you needed to be....you have no power to call on to correct any miscalculations! Soared with the Soaring Society of America before going to USNavy Flight School....what a payoff!! Lived (many of) my flights all over with this video, Thank You!!!

Awesome - recognised the ground from paragliding those slopes (And when I used to run because I could). Spiral diving over the vehicle park for walkers. Also as a note the junction at the car park was the setting for the werewolf attack in American Werewolf in London, on the moors.....

Standard Cirrus? Very fun and sturdy machine. One quirk in a full slip stabulator control can disappear .

Great video and sound track. The second song is Bohemian You, also by Dandy Warhols. Cool glider with the shark teeth and eyes.. Great video for recruiting pitches. Would like to somehow sharpen up the screens taken by the tail fin camera, they aren't as high def and the other camera.

Nice video, but a couple other rules are: (1) never cover up the sounds of soaring, either make that the only sound, or if for some bizarre reasons you are adding music, mix it as a minor background, leaving the soaring sounds on top, and (2) the best video is over-the-shoulder through the cockpit. Greatly enjoyed the video anyway.

soaring noise becomes very boring if not irritating to a mere spectator. wind noise is just rubbish. nice music choice. love the vids as always.
