Even more heroes LEAKED! Will these show up in Hearthstone? 

I think the idea for Twist is to be a quasi-replacement for Duels. Since the decks are prebuilt, they should not be interfering with the cards in constructed formats anyway. My guess is that they are trying to make Twist be disconnected like Mercenaries was from the rest of the card pool so that nerfs and buffs do not break other game modes. I understand the game has spaghetti code, but that is the vibe I am getting from this. The old Duels maybe was just not able to be readjusted accordingly, so this is the next best thing.

They should make a Tavern Brawl with these heroes so we can figure out if we want to craft the legendary

So Twist will be a ranked duels with pre-built decks? Honestly, sounds awesome!

the rag hero power sounds similar, if not, identical, to the final boss’ hero power from tombs of terror

I’m surprised they didn’t make a new mode and announce a $50 pre-order for all this content

the decks and heroes being pre-selected it looks more like Tavern Brawl with premade decks. IMHO, Its a poor substitution for Duels.

It should be said that Denathrius’ hero power is at least a free 1/1 every turn if you fill your curve, and that’s pretty good.

this is just duels but without the rewards and less broken decks. if twist is just this for the rest of its lifespan i’ll be very happen with this tbh

Sires hero Power is beyond great. You never float a single mana since you can always end on it and even if you spend all of it you practically have the Paladin heropower for free, only as a better Version because you could summon snowflipper penguin

Game theory: maybe they were gonna have a crazy update to duels that was in line with this but when duels was canceled they switched it to twist

the fun thing about duels was picking heroes and hero powers and then making your deck and passives along the way, now that everything's already there by blizzard how long do you think you can play it without getting bored guys?

I wish you could deck build for this stuff.

masterpiece is better than it sounds because it's essentially a 0 mana paladin hero power if done at the end of your turn, with the flexibility to use any mana that you didn't spend.

Can this not be for just a month? You could have just reworked duels to something like this.

I feel bad for whoever designed The Headless Horseman. Poor guy didn't hear that Echo was a banned word for Hearthstone. No wonder that Hero didn't make it in.

I thought it was funny how he kept saying 'reused from duels' when stuff was in solo adventures before that, but then him not understanding ragnaros made it obvious it's due to not having played or just not caring about the solo adventures

I think Blizzard just found a way to monetize duels lol, they basically turned Twist into duels but can now monetize heroes by tying them to legendary cards

Sir D could summon a 1/1 each turn for 0, what is so much better than paladin hero power.

it's duels with none of the reward structure, deckbuilding, and more monetizable since you need the legendary(most of which are bad and things you don't want to craft) to play the deck. it's literally duels but worse in every conceivable measure.

So are they just turning Twist into Duels or what? I'd be for that.

I think this mode this time will be very empty because not many people played duels and twist in a form honest, but I see Blizzard wants to create a new mode for her game so it's only to wait to play that and prove this rare mode.😅
