Soooo never. I use 300 grams of chocolate per batch of brownie, it never lasts more than 3 days... Especially if my gf is having bad period pain, 24 hours is their average lifespan.
@@GreyPunkWolf well of course. why'd you let some sweet, gooey brownies by themselves for days when they're right there with you? the issue is sticking to a diet and making sure you don't eat too much on your cheat days
I feel the same! And yet, my brain says this is too much work for 1 (ok...2) brownies. Just make the whole darn batch and share them with people - as soon as they're done, if you're worried you'll eat too much. Heck, even packing them up in plastic wrap and string as a sweet treat for someone else could help deter you from eating the entire batch. lol (Or gifting them to yourself each day from the freezer or pantry.)
Nah thats gotta be a hand-me-down, all of my pans are from my Gran and i trust all of them because theyre usually older than even her, when she got them from her Ma. Those are the best pans that last for decades.
I struggle with a binge ED and have decided in the beginning stages of recovery to let myself have whatever I'm craving, just in much smaller portions. Unfortunately this is very hard to do when the rest of the food I want is *RIGHT* there. This is perfect for me. Thank you!! And my executive dysfunction should prevent me from making more. 😅
@@MsFanpireProductions when there’s empty cups the pan won’t heat evenly and can lead to warping as well as uneven baking in the cups you’re using. Filling the empties with water allows the heat to go from the pan to the water and it will simply evaporate.
Tried this and it was delicious!!! I was skeptical at first since there were no baking soda or baking soda but it turned out great. If using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt. this recipe is now taped on the fridge.
Well no, because microwave brownies don’t come out like this. And the point is less brownies, not necessarily less effort despite the fact that you and several other people in the comments seem to think pressing two buttons to turn an oven on is a gargantuan task
Tried this and even though I didn't have enough brown sugar at the time, I substituted it for raw sugar, and put a piece of chocolate inside the batter, absolutely delicious 🍫
Just one .. no .. never! I have binge eating disorder ❤ this video will come in handy has batch cooking / multi pack options are not a safe choice for me at the moment xx
It's really nice how she explains how to measure scoops of baking ingredients, so many kids, of all ages, are using videos to learn how to cook, It's cool to see true basics being explained, there's got to be a teenager somewhere in the comments right now that really appreciates that
The way she says to measure flour is wrong though 😳 leveling off us correct, but she left out the most important step. Never scoop. Really we should be using food scales. This is why recipes don't work out among many cooks. Inconsistent measuring. Scales eliminate that.
@@gritmakaveli I mean, it's not ideal, at least not at the professional level, but most of the time it's probably fine. I scoop and all my baked goods turn out fine
Thank u very much Im middle eastern my family isn't a big fan of brownies but I love it so this was really helpful especially when I have exams and no time to make a whole batch . Thank u again ❤
Have u lost ur mind 😂 the hardest part is getting myself to do all the prepping for the brownies and I’ll do all that for ONE?! 😢😭 I’ll need the extra 10 just to comfort me after washing all the dishes and sore-ing my arm up with the mixing 😅 but it’s cute!
@@bromabakery If you have a little time, wash the muffin pan, rinse it and powder it really well with some Bartender's friend cleaner. Cover all the brown areas with the paste you made. Water, powder cleaner and a little elbow grease with a metallic type scrubber sponge and the brown gunk (discoloration) will wash away. If needed, repeat the process. This time, coat the pan as above and let it sit awhile. The longer the better, IMHO. Rinse well. when you've cleaned it to the best "like new" condition you're happy with, dry thoroughly. My second idea is to buy a new muffin pan (USA Bakingl and always spray the "wells" with low carb cooking spray and cupcake liners or parchment papers.
This is a lifesaver. Perfect for satisfying your cravings without going back for more later on. As a person who is beating my binge eating habits this is really helpful thank you❤️
Seems horribly inefficient. Turning on the oven for two? Why not just make a recipe that fills all 6? Or better yet, a method that cooks in an air fryer, microwave, or stove top.
I tried it twice now. I will say the first time I did it, I used all the coco. It turned into like a cookie dough for some reason. When I did half the coco, it was a batter and was also more like milk chocolate (and I like that)
Just made these. Doubled the amount because I wanted some batter too. Still had enough left for two brownies. Gave one away and could only manage a bite of the other one. They are so DELICIOUS!
