You forgot Ben Old as a youngster who secured an overseas contract. Went to Saint Etienne in ligue 1. While they haven't been doing well, (13th with 2W 1D 4L so far) Ben Old has been receiving a lot of praise from French magazines and is seen as one of the few positives in what has so far been a poor season for Etienne.
I really hope MacNicol gets a proper hit out this season, but at the same time don't want there to be any pressure on him since he is just sooooo young. He's got all the talent you could want and to see him and hopefully Waddingham linking up on the pitch it could be the start of something big at the Roar
