I just saw a video yesterday of an interview with a gentleman who spoke of this happening in his body. I have had experiences but, his was on a different level. I was wanting to research this more but, I didn’t have to look. It presented itself to me.

Can u explain how it works? Do you have to do heavy breathing for all 3 days and then while your eues are shut you trip?

Manly P. Hall is an excellent resource for this type of knowledge. He wrote the book you mentioned. Also wrote an awesome book called “the secret teachings of all ages” that I would also recommend.

Similar here. After reading comment across videos I thought it will be a blinding light. The first time I did it sitting and felt something along my spine. This time I scheduled my alarm and just 10’ before the moon moved into Cap I started my normal meditation on 528hz and I felt an intense heat through my body. And I needed to smile and felt so good. I guess that was it. I continued to mediate and do some breath work as I almost thought it was ‘not as described’ and I guessed it did something wrong. I guess it’s for everyone a bit different.

I Had a spontaneous kundalini awakening in 2020 - it was the most beautiful and most terrifying experience. Most have some meditation practices that help to cultivate this. I believe you are right, this is PART of what has been hidden from us. @@jessb4035 Who knows. There's always debate on accuracy across calendars. There are several 13 month lunar year calendars out there so do some research on that. I just pay attention to when the moon is in my Sun sign ( Taurus ) and don't really pay much attention to the actual dates. I have an app on my phone called Moon Deluxe. Tracks all kinds of things about the moon cycle and includes the current sign during its cycle. Pretty cool app.

I was researching and in fact we all have a sun sign and a moon sign. The moon sign changes every 2 and a half days. So it happens like each month. I am a taurus with a scorpio moon. I have to look when the moon in on taurus each month.
