If Ei really wants to beat her up i am pretty sure Yae will suffer badly. Its just that their relationship is quite close so that will not happen. And Yae miko seems to have a good time in the genshin verse, unlike her Honkai counterpart where she died 3 times in tragedy. I guess mihoyo owed her too much in the honkai verse.

She's downplaying herself by saying she's a Kitsune. If she really was alive during the Archon War, which happened thousands of years ago, then she's not just a Kitsune. She's a Tenko.

In the Chinese version, Ei literally says "I will take a swing at her with my sword." So yeah, she 100% means combat, and that's why the line is funny.

Yae says at the end of Inazuma quest that Ei doesn't actually mind teasing coming from her probably cuz Yae is only friend she has left. If it was anyone else she'll probably chop their heads off.

I have a disheartening theory that we'll only see characters from different regions interacting with one another in a big way towards the end of the story. If you think of genshin as a 3 act story. It'd make sense for them to use something as cool as that in the climax. We'll most likely see some of the archons together as well. But for now I think we'll just have to deal with the minor interactions like Kazuha and Beidou interacting with each others regions in rather small ways. I hope I'm wrong.. there's so many interactions I'd like to see!

Gorou comes from a similar bloodline to her. She’s also much wiser than both, thoma on the other hand is frightened by her ability to read people very well. Gorou says that yae miko probably has fantasies abt getting her tail rubbed, but then yae said “True that may be, but it appears to you That I don’t have a tail”

They're both smart as hell, also they are friends.

They know eachother and I think Yae pieced his identity as morax already, probably Ei told her or something since Ei does know it. I highly doubt Yae can tease zhongli like the others due to him being insanely smart and stoic (maybe she can tease him about his spending habits lmao), but yae likely does seem to respect him since they both have similar views on the role of people in an archon’s kingdom and seem like friends. I feel they would both enjoy talking as well since they are cultured and smart in their fields, Ei has nothing against zhongli so I doubt yae does either
