They should make link retains for Cyber Barrier Dragon and Cyber Laser Dragon, in fact. Cyber Schild Dragon Attribute: Light Type: Machine/Link/Effect Link Rating: 1 ⬇️ ATK: 1000 1 Cyber Dragon Effect: This monster can’t be attacked will you control a Light Attributed Machine Type Monster. Once per turn if your opponent declares an attack, negate that attack and increase the ATK of this monster by the negated monster’s ATK until your next end phase. Cyber Speer Dragon Attribute: Light Link Rating: 3 ↙️⬇️➡️ Type: Machine/Link/Effect ATK: 2800 2+ Light Machine Monsters, including a Cyber Dragon Effect: Once per turn, you can banish one monster your opponent controls that has ATK equal to or higher to this monster’s original ATK points. This monster can’t attack you opponent directly the turn it uses this effect. Note: Schild is German for Shield while Speer is German for Spear. Cyber Barrier Dragon and Cyber Laser Dragon are suppose to be a shield and spear type pair thus the names chosen while also having more ATK points and stronger effects. Now to give Cyber and Cyberdark links to because I’m feeling creative. Cyber Spider Attribute: Fire Type: Machine/Link/Effect Link Rating: 3 ↙️⬇️↘️ ATK: 2600 2+ Machine Monsters, including a Cyber Effect: When your Cyber Monsters destroy your opponent’s monster by battle or effect, except Cyber Spider, inflict 500 points of effect damage to your opponent. Cyberdark Wyvern Attribute: Dark Type: Machine/Link/Effect Link Rating: 2 ↙️↘️ ATK: 1000 2 Cyberdark monsters with different types, you can use a Cyberdark monster in the Spell/Trap zone as a material. Effect: This monster must be Linked Summon to the field. (Quick Effect) Once per turn, you can equip two Cyberdark or Dragon Type monsters in the graveyard to this monster, this card gains the ATK points of whatever monster(s) equipped to it. This monster can only have two monsters equipped to by this effect. While equipped with a Cyberdark monster, this monster can’t be destroyed by battle and is uneffected by your opponent’s card effects. Once per turn, you can equip this monster from your graveyard to one Cyberdark monster you control and that Cyberdark monster gains this monster’s ATK points and can’t be destroyed by battle and is unaffected by the opponent’s card effects.

Made a few cards to bring every user of Cyber Style together in one deck: Cyberdark Ogre Attribute: DARK Type: Machine Level: 5 Atk: 1900 Def: 1900 Effect1: If this card is sent to the GY, you can add 1 “Cyberdark” card from your deck to your hand except “Cyberdark Ogre”. Effect2: While this card is in the GY, all “Cyberdark” monsters’ become Level 3 and are considered Dragon-type at all times, including the GY. ________________________ Cyberdark Angel Attribute: DARK Type: Machine Level: 6 Atk: 2300 Def: 1600 Effect1: Once Per Turn: You can discard this card, add 1 card with “Cyberdark” in its text from the deck or GY to the hand. Effect2: Once Per Turn: You can banish this card from the GY, you can Special Summon up to two “Cyberdark” Monsters with different names from your Deck. _______________________________ Cyberdark Dragonroid Attribute: Dark Type: Machine Level: 8 Atk: 2900 Def: 2400 Effect1: OPT: If you control a “Cyberdark” monster (except this card), you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Effect2: While in the GY, this card is also considered “Dragon” type. Effect3: if this card is in the GY, you can Banish it to add 2 “Cyberdark” cards from your deck to your hand, except “Cyberdark Dragonroid.” (Yes, I reposted the same card from another video, still want to hear thoughts.)

… How about a suite of “Cyberse” Cyber-whatever cards? Since you literally can’t spell “Cyberse” without “Cyber”, there ends up being some overlap between the 2 via often unintended technicalities.

You know, I had these ideas for a suite of Attribute based “Cyber Dragon” retrains, and I wanted to run them by any regular users of the Cyber Dragon deck to see how well they’d work in the actual game… I figure here would be as good a place as I’ll find any: _Cyber Dragon - Iridescent_ (LIGHT) Level 5 Machine/Effect _This card that is face-up on the field or in the GY is also treated as “Cyber Dragon”. If you control no monsters, you can normal summon this card without tributes. This card can be treated as 2 tributes for the summon/set of a LIGHT or Machine monster. You can only use each of the following effects of “Cyber Dragon - Iridescent” once per turn:_ ⚪️If the ATK and/or DEF of a face-up monster on the field is altered by card effects (Quick Effect): You can special summon this card from your hand or GY. ⚪️You can tribute 1 monster from your hand or field: Increase or decrease the ATK and/or DEF of a monster on the field by the total ATK/DEF that monster had before it was tributed. ATK/2100 DEF/1600 _Cyber Dragon - Midnight_ (DARK) Level 5 Machine/Effect _This card that is face-up on the field or in the GY is also treated as “Cyber Dragon”. If you control no monsters, you can normal summon this card without tributes. This card can be treated as 2 tributes for the summon/set of a DARK or Machine monster. You can only use each of the following effects of “Cyber Dragon - Midnight” once per turn:_ ⚪️If the declared attack or activated effect of a monster is negated (Quick Effect): You can special summon this card from your hand or GY. ⚪️If an attack is declared or a monster effect is activated, you can tribute 1 monster from your hand or field: Negate that Attack/Effect. ATK/2100 DEF/1600 _Cyber Dragon - Bounty_ (WATER) Level 5 Machine/Effect _This card that is face-up on the field or in the GY is also treated as “Cyber Dragon”. If you control no monsters, you can normal summon this card without tributes. This card can be treated as 2 tributes for the summon/set of a WATER or Machine monster. You can only use each of the following effects of “Cyber Dragon - Bounty” once per turn:_ ⚪️If either players LP is altered by card effects (Quick Effect): You can special summon this card from your hand or GY. ⚪️You can tribute 1 monster from your hand or field: Increase or decrease your LP by the total ATK/DEF that monster had before it was tributed. ATK/2100 DEF/1600 _Cyber Dragon - Pyre_ (FIRE) Level 5 Machine/Effect _This card that is face-up on the field or in the GY is also treated as “Cyber Dragon”. If you control no monsters, you can normal summon this card without tributes. This card can be treated as 2 tributes for the summon/set of a FIRE or Machine monster. You can only use each of the following effects of “Cyber Dragon - Pyre” once per turn:_ ⚪️If a card on the field is destroyed (Quick Effect): You can special summon this card from your hand or GY. ⚪️You can tribute 1 monster from your hand or field: Destroy 1 card on the field. ATK/2100 DEF/1600 _Cyber Dragon - Whirlwind_ (WIND) Level 5 Machine/Effect _This card that is face-up on the field or in the GY is also treated as “Cyber Dragon”. If you control no monsters, you can normal summon this card without tributes. This card can be treated as 2 tributes for the summon/set of a WIND or Machine monster. You can only use each of the following effects of “Cyber Dragon - Whirlwind” once per turn:_ ⚪️If a card from the field is shuffled into either players deck (Quick Effect): You can special summon this card from your hand or GY. ⚪️You can tribute 1 monster from your hand or field: Shuffle 1 card on the field into it’s owners deck. ATK/2100 DEF/1600 _Cyber Dragon - Terra_ (EARTH) Level 5 Machine/Effect _This card that is face-up on the field or in the GY is also treated as “Cyber Dragon”. If you control no monsters, you can normal summon this card without tributes. This card can be treated as 2 tributes for the summon/set of a EARTH or Machine monster. You can only use each of the following effects of “Cyber Dragon - Terra” once per turn:_ ⚪️If a face-up card on the field is flipped facedown (Quick Effect): You can special summon this card from your hand or GY. ⚪️You can tribute 1 monster from your hand or field: Flip 1 face-up card on the field facedown. ATK/2100 DEF/1600

Ok ima be critical, I don't think these would be put in the main unless its a sidedeck, for one I've maybe tribute summoned like 4 times in all my Cyberdragon playtime, and the waste of a normal summon to bring most of these to the field is terrible as Cyberdragon uses its normal for its main combo start with Cyberdragon core, some of these are good for breakingboards but they dont help the combo or increase consistency or ceiling, so it would be good to side for something like tear with the Whirlwinds bounce. TL;DR, Possible Side deck use, probably not going to be used instead of other cards that do this better. I feel im missing something but if I am please correct me. EDIT: Ok I thought a little more, I think some of these could be mained to get use of something like clockwork night or a free EMZ remove as these count for that but these still hold up to my previous I think.

They’re fine but the add-ons for the names should be in German but what’s with the count as two tributes effect for them. That feels more like a Monarch/Vassal effect especially with the attribute part.

Changing attribute kills synergy with searchers like Repair Plant and Horizon. Repair Plant is crucial for kaiju/Galaxy Soldier search. Horizon is your cheat code to the Cyberdark Package. No way I give up Infinity, Cyberdarkness or Cyberdark End. But tweak them a bit, make them dragons and Dragon Rulers would be quite happy 😂

@@Dragon66898 So the idea is that each Cyber Dragon variant here is a literal in-universe experiment in attuning the archetype to the main 6 attributes of the game (DIVINE is excluded of course, since THAT attribute is basically for the exclusive use of 1 archetype of cards)… Each Cyber Dragon is attuned to a specific attribute, changing it’s abilities to be more in line with said attribute, while having it’s usual main effect _(If only your opponent controls a monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand).)_ be mutated and split into two parts, a generic/universal no tribute normal summon if you control no monsters of your own, and an attribute specific special summon that interacts with it’s other new effect… The 2 tributes bit would be explained in universe as those Cyber Dragons being bountifully charged with their respective newfound elemental energies, making them ripe for the use of decks that already use those attributes. Each Cyber Dragon is meant to help bridge the archetype to other decks and help them play nicer with cards that they might not normally be alongside… …Speaking of, each dragon has a pair of attribute related effects: One that ties into what a good slew of other monsters of that respective attribute already do, and one that provides a special summon if that sort of effect goes through. So in order: Iridescent ties closest with the Cyber Dragon’s focus on immense raw power (as well as that of a lot of other LIGHT monsters, like Blue-Eyes possesses or what the likes of “Honest” can provide), Bounty revolves around the idea of how The Ocean is the origin of all life on earth and how it can provide in food and resources for the entire world (or just as easily become a threat in and of itself, hence why it works with LP increases AND decreases), Pyre references the destructive wrath an out of control (or maliciously controlled) fire can wreak, Whirlwind is meant to emulate the roaring gale of a hurricane blowing away anything too weak to stand it’s ground against it, and Terra is akin to a sinkhole opening up below an unfortunate someone and burying them underground. And of course, should any such effects go through (either from the work of other cards or another of themselves that are on the field), they’ll be able to bring themselves out immediately after.

@@thepotatoguy3354 They’re supposed to be akin to literal in-universe experiments, designed to dabble in new powers and utilities that the archetype usually doesn’t work it. They may not 100% sync up with a pure Cyber Dragon deck, but they DO help said deck mesh better with a variety of other cards.

Problem 1: Cyberdark and Cyber Dragon should stay separate. Cyber dragon has like 10 years worth of support leaning into LIGHT Machine synergy, even in Rush Duel. It is too late to mix them. That leads to a mess with no identity, like Hero soup (except unlike hero soup cyber style is worse than both pure cyberdark and cyber dragon). Problem 2: honestly the fusion support from Cyber Style was just awful (requires more bricks and garnets in a deck that already has 3 bricks minimum), contradictory (banish the GY, including the dragons Cyberdarks want to equip so much), and Cyberdark End is a meme card no one asked for. Cyberdarkness already was the perfect boss and it actually supports the small Cyberdarks, turning them into negates and +1s. They should have just focused on making Cyberdarkness' summon reasonable without introducing the sitting duck that is Dark End. Also Power Bond lol. Power Bond should be an OTK tool, not the primary fusion card... Problem 3: you often see legacy support focusing on a deck's gimmick. For some reason, Konami almost completely ignored the point of Cyberdarks, which is to steal monsters from the opponent's GY to get benefits. Cyberdark Invasion does that but it is limited to few types, requires a 2 cards setup, can only use 1 eff per turn, etc. Paradoxically, Speed Duels Cyberdarks got to equip opponent's monsters before TCG/OCG thanks to the new skill Cyberdark Scheme. Yeah, towers turbo just wasn't the right direction to take, in my opinion. The theme feels wasted, especially considering how damn strong GY interaction turned out to be due to Bystials, Ishizu Fairies, and so on...
