Great video, thanks to you all! "What do you do in Costa Rica?" is one of the questions that I'm asked most often. Well, I live daily life - I work remotely, take care of family and home, serve the dog, participate in my church, take language classes, and enjoy social and community events. Things take longer to do here, but it's all very much worth it. I am grateful for this adventure! 🙂
The wife and I, sold our business and winding down our farm also. We are 56 and 58. We have a house in the Montezuma area and will be 6 months in CR and 6 months in Canada. We do alot of side by siding with a group of friends and are starting to be more physically active. We will be helping out a group of Gringo's that setup a charity to help the local communities, by doing fundraising events.

Great video. Very useful information for those that are thinking about going down to see what it's like. Everyone should learn as much as they can before even considering a move anywhere.
When I was working I be always thinking what will I do when I’m finished with work,well I’m done with work and love it and don’t miss it at all. That being said yes you need to have something to do and I would go out with my dog (who has died 2 months ago😢) but I still go for my walks and fix things around the house, and go places, volunteering…Thanks Mike and guests
Great interview! Purpose in life is key, keeping moving forward and achieving things that give you fulfillment. Costa Rica or ANY other location will not "fix" things for you, the mindset has to be there regardless of location or you'll just end up going through the motions until the end. I like to think of it as living rather than existing. Thank you for continuing to do what you do sir!
