I’ve noticed over the past couple days of playing TCM it’s gotten darker. Like the lights above the basement exit door are sometimes out.

In regards to your darkness statement in the basement (especially family house), I thought the same thing, but my game is the same. The blue iron doors had a massive light on them and it was easy to see victims on them. But now it’s so dark and hard to see the doors 😅

I use both Ana & Leland with 40P and 40 toughness. Choose Fight Grappler (Ana) Bar room hero (Ana) I distract and unlock shit. And when it's Nancy house I run 50 strength instead of proficiency, fight someone right next to the gen and kick it off in their face. Edit: with Bubba it's best to hover around 90-95% with your saw. The higher you are the more heat gets refunded on a successful overhead. Just fyi

Honestly the grandpa should be a playable part the family aswell, I don’t know how that would work, but still would be great I think.

For some reason the lights above the basement doors are sometimes off, not sure if it's intentional or a bug but that's why it was so dark in his lair when you played as LF on Family House.
