I’m going to post a lantia loot route video tonight for solo’s and squads to explain the mentality you should have while looting lantia. Should shed some light on the routes.

Latest Namalsk Update expanded tier 3 to cover all of the south coast and a little more so more filament spawns including Brensk and along the train tracks on the south side of the tunnel

​@@tysonc78This is very useful info that I haven't seen anywhere else but I guess that's actually bad news on vanilla servers since there's only ever 1 of each filament color right? So more spawns= harder to find the sole active spawn

Absolutely. But just a quick explanation. You’ve gotta go to the sub for the keycard, then find the filaments, then find the pieces for a full nbc suit, then go to Phoenix to build it. It’s pretty cut and dry but this will help until I release a full guide.

@@NoCTRL_ so if you go to lantia now you can’t leave the orb area. When you craft this suit you can explore the area around the staging area and loot up the rest of the lantia spawns. There’s about 50 spawns on lantia and the portal area only has about 4. So if you want access to the m4 or the other lantia specific items you’ll need the suit to acquire them.

@@NoCTRL_ the suit is also basically a full body black plate carrier. You’re almost invincible against other players if you’re decent at the game and have the right kit. So it’s basically a combat suit and an nbc suit all in one.

Yes, set more than 1 in the xml. Check about increasing other variables too.

@@Moondust219 I ended up contacting the server admins via discord. they looked into it and then the next day I found the missing filament in one of the many sheds I had previously searched that was indicated in this video. The admins never said anything but I do believe the item was bugged on that particular server. In the end I made the suit and went to lantia. I searched around and had my fun there. I logged out and when I logged back in I was unable to pressurize my suit fast enough and my character perished on lantia. So if you ever log in with a guy on lantia get ready to pressurize your suit immediately bc no matter the state of your suit prior to log off it will default to off when you log in. So stupid in a game that lags and bugs out all the time. Sad but not surprised. At least I got to lantia and had a good look around! thanks

as the timer for a spawend fillament is 45 minutes - you could check every spot, go to the next and there it just despawned and respawned at the location you searched before. With bad luck you could search for ever and not find one, I think. I answer you now, 7 month later, I hope you're not still searching :D

@@DJStruggle Hi thanks for the response. Like I said in the comments I found it after I contacted the devs on that server. I think it was bugged for me in that one case. Then as I stated I ended up dying because I logged out on lantia with my suit pressured. However when I logged back in it was defaulted to depressurized suit and I was unable to hit k or whatever button it was fast enough. I had like 15 seconds then I went uncon, then died.

So you’ll need the full nbc suit for Phoenix but only the mask for a3

I did a loot run out there on sumraks server so I know by default it’s mask only.

you need the specific space suit battery for it , not just the common 9 volt . once you have the spacesuit battery you put it on the spacesuit slot and hit button "L" by default . i believe a long press on button "L" will turn on the night vision for the suit and a tap of "L" will turn on the suit flash light. btw pressing button "K" with an oxygen container for the suit will pressurize the suit. I personally have not had the suit but this is what I have learned from my research. I am still looking for the blue filament and have been having a heck of a time finding it.

yes, everwhere in this video is where they will spawn on any server

So the key bindings for the suit are under misc. but by default press k to close visor and hold k to pressurize.

It also comes with built in nvgs

It spawns generally in the t4 areas. Meaning you’ll find it either in baring outpost, the Athena research heli pad, or the Athena 3 loot areas.

Although with the addition of lantia weapon spawns it wouldn’t surprise me if owners have expanded the spawn location into lantia itself as well.

So with the normal module you can pretty much stay there indefinitely if you have somebody else on the other side to open it back up. If you have the phased relay you can stay for about 6:10

@@KM-yq4bp if you leave a guy behind to reopen the portal in 15 mins you can get back to a3 whenever you want

@@KM-yq4bp if the portal closes with the locator it’s no big deal if you have somebody waiting for you

@@KM-yq4bp if you use the phased flow controller though, and you let the portal close, the c3 thunderstorm will kill you.

Yeah maybe. I also promised a lantia lootrun tutorial for solos so I’m going to do that too.

I’ll probably work on the lootrun tutorial first and then dive into the other aspects of the namalsk grind.

Some servers may not have it in correctly. If you’re playing on sumraks servers he has that all configured properly. Deloot needs to be set to 0 for the blueprint to spawn. It spawns at the red lifeboats.

@@mrmultiify thank you for your answer. I found the other Parts (All Filament) I think If I can find the filament so I can find also the blueprint or ?

@@Gothicprofie if the owner didnt update his lifeboats since sumrak fixed the problem then they won’t be spawning. The vanilla types that sumrak originally released was incorrect so they weren’t spawning on release but the filaments were.

So the suit battery spawns in a3 or in lantia. You can find some battery spawns in the orb area so you can actually snag a tank or a battery by activating the portal and checking really fast then leaving ASAP.

@@mrmultiify Headed to the sub and oil rig phoenix today. Have all the mats to make 2 suits but I've never seen the batteries. Do you mean jump to lantia without a battery? I had the idea to loot spawn a3 but we'll probably get banned. I wish they'd spawn those oxygenated blood epi pens outside of lantia, make things a lot easier.

@@benbarbre4347 if you stay within the orb area you won’t need the suit until it closes

@@benbarbre4347 there’s one suit attachment spawn in the room next to the orb and there’s a ton more on lantia itself on the boxes.

@@mrmultiify Thanks Bill. I'll give it a shot, didn't know about the orb inside. All the stories I've heard, you die right when you jumped in unlike before this update. I should run a freshie character out to the orb on another server and see. Getting all the filaments was enough deer isle level stuff for me.

It’s an admin menu on my offline machine.

What I did is available to anybody who is familiar with how to use mods and admin tools, and is 100% allowed under TOS and battleye.

@@mrmultiify haha I'm hoping he's just kidding on this one. Looking forward to that loot route video with a more detailed explanation on the best ways to get the suit going! I'm currently really close on one of my servers and just need the red filament to be all set and go build the suit. Exciting stuff!
