Lol, but fr the 2 mixups he has have like 4 stages each, along with feints, so if you play him right, you just keep them guessing, and when they get close to death, just party bait them and then trade the charged heavy. Gets ‘em every time

Eh kenseis swift strike is good for noobs and an occasional mixup to throw people off. I was a top 20 grandmaster kensei at one point and in the top percent in pretty much every category so ik what I'm talking about with him. It's a viable move but certainly not one I ever had much success using more then once or twice in a single fight

I started playing the old Shugoki ‘cause I thought he looked cool. Then I played him ironically ‘cause I quickly learned he was shit. Then I was a diamond I duelist with him. Then he got reworked :(

@@minorsalaam he cant trade as effectively, his damage saw a massive drop, headbutting is just asking for a guardbreak, his whole moveset revolves around a 50/50 for 40 damage difference either way. Old shugoki was a master of mind games, reading the opponent and staying in control of the fight. Now he's just "gonna hug you because you dodged 50 frames too early"

Tyler Johnson his hyper armour start-up is too slow and inconsistent not to mention the fact that most other characters have more damaging heavies, his lights’ h/a is pointless because you may as well parry if you can time that correctly, and the gb after headbutt is guaranteed if you continue with the follow-up heavy.

Fort Blocks matches might take a while to find but it’s shitty servers not a low player count. Game is pretty active with constant updates and a new hero on the way in August. It’s really easy to get into and I recommend using the hero tactics training to learn how to play new characters before you recruit any of them

As a Lawbringer main, I can confirm this, the one thing we all do is stand around waiting for someone to strike so I can parry and then Long Arm them off a cliff.
