3:25 smash bros do be like that though. play fast enough to have the frame advantage where luck smiles on you but not so fast that you just continue with your combo habits that you get punished for it. you have to play at the exact right speed in order to win or alternatively spam the opponent out or just read the opponent from start to finish and say that was a good book.

This is the real way to do smash as if it’s a Pokémon battle, each person chooses an option, doesn’t get to react and sees how it plays out

This would make for a perfect video idea, "I turned smash bros into a turn based fighter". Add 3 seconds of lag and you both input moves after a countdown and can input until the characters start moving (so three seconds). Rinse and repeat for each "round", only playing on walk off stages.

Hey Little Z my friend and I were playing the smash monopoly online and notice when you turn dlc off terry stays on go no matter what and if you randomize the board with dlc off it will still put dlc back on the board just to bring it your attention

it's crazy how I can't even see anything wrong it's just my average online experience

I would love to see a 5 second delay at high damage percent where you have to put all your inputs in before you see it happen.

In between inputs at 5000ms delay, one could watch the movie Shallow Hal.

This (if the delay is actually consistent) honestly might not be bad training to help people not use/rely on the buffer system. When I went to play melee after ultimate for the first few times I was so used to the buffer system that melee was uncontrollable. But now melee just feels right and ultimate feels weird. But playing melee itself is just the best way to get away from using the buffer system. Playing, and getting comfortable, with melee will make you a better ultimate player.

The one second game should be a legit online tournamnet
